After I boil my gnocchi I toss it in garlic butter and bake it for thirty minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss with my favorite steamed veggies. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. The biscuit and veggie pot pie will be a great way to use up all the leftover turkey this weekend. Thanks for another great budget meal plan. I prefer granola to oatmeal so that is what I would do with the leftover oats.

and for the Gnocchi (doesn t add extra cost):
after you have cut them in small pieces, as you did - you then use your hands to roll all these little pieces into round small balls (this will keep them FIRM and not dissolving later in the water or pan). Then slightly sprinkle a bit of flour on them so they are not too sticky, and now comes the part that turns them into Gnocchi shape: You take a normal kitchen fork and press the fork tines into/onto the ball, this will giive them shape. 😊

I dip them in a cinnamon-butter-brown sugar dip.Sweet potatoes are loaded with potassium, protein & fiber. Vitamin C Iron, Niacin, Magnesium, Calcium. I even like sweet potato soup kinda like butternut squash soup. Chicken pot pie with Jiffy Mix. SUPER idea. You will never starve. Love ya bunches

When my girls were little how I made lunch meat ( we were so dirt poor and my 2 minimum wage jobs kept roof over our heads but I had to get creative) I went to meat market and bought cow toung I scrubbed it good and made a hole from large end through tward tip, I then filled it with home made pico ( chopped onions, garlic, tomatos, jalapeños and celantro) sewed up the end to keep filling inside and boiled the toung till almost done then cooked it rest of way on grill. Sliced thin and it was lunch meat for a week. Back then I had to make meals to feed girls and myself because after rent, lights, car insurance, after school care we were lucky to have 30.00 till next biweekly paycheck, gas was a lot cheaper back then so I feel for families today struggling with food prices, rent, holy cow daycare! So hope this tip helps someone to think out of the box to help fill tummy

I stocked up on oatmeal from DT they come in a resealable bag with a linear inside. They are so handy to make a quickie bowl. Still the old fashioned is my favorite, stocked up on it at Sam's and keep most in a 5gal. bucket. Patiently waiting on your homemade spam, would be cute if put on both you and Rustys channel where he could do a voice over if iit can be redone like that without to much of a hassle.
