"Caterpillars" The New Film | WildCraft 2D (Animated/Cartoon) Short Film | Trailer

This is the trailer for the animated Short Film "Caterpillars" by Sarah Panda.
The film tells the story of a wolf called Makai, who carries the bitterness of killing a fellow student when he was a child. Makai has been called 'murderer' by everyone living in his forest ever since, and this grievance haunts him all his life. His brother, Canter, is skeptical of Makai having committed the crime, as he was only 7 years old.
One night, Makai makes a peculiar encounter with a small creature. On the ground are caterpillars, which it pushes left and right. On asking who it is, it replies that it does not remember. Makai fears that perhaps he has gone mad and is halucinating. As the creature appears over again and conversations continue, Makai finds himself recalling more and more memories of his childhood. What is this all about? Will Makai stay ingrained in hatred towards himself for something he, perhaps, was merely pushed to believe?
"Caterpillars" will be released in early November. The film has a running time of ca. 30 minutes.

Hold on I didn’t realise this was about wildcraft! I grew up playing wildcraft all the time. I love this game so much. When I saw the trees by the beach I got so excited. This animation is amazing and I love all the characters in it. You’re such a great artist. I can’t believe you were able to draw anthropomorphic animals like this. You are an inspiration to me. I have no idea why this makes me so happy. I love you’re work and I have been a subscriber for a while now but I’m so happy I just happened to stumble upon one of your posts and subscribed because of this

I have been watching you for a long time. I’m sad that this is going to be your last big project but it looks good. I’m definitely going to watch it when it comes out. I found out about you when I was about five but ever since then every time you post, I’m really excited I think you should make a couple other short films before you fully stop making videos like these if so it’s fine if you go into a different hobby, maybe like speed painting and art it’s fine if you don’t post to WildCraft anymore even though I will miss it I will be happy that you’re moving on
