My IG Ad is active but not running effectively and has also stopped spending. How do I fix it?
I created a new facebook ad account because the first one I mistakenly added a naira debit card to it and each time I paid after preparing a campaign it won't run and the money would be refunded after 2 or 3 days. No adds ran on it and am not owing anything. I removed the debit card. Now if I open the new naira ad account I created when I click on a campaign objective it will show error message. How do I fix that pls

Use engagement and then use WhatsApp as a messaging app. Or use on your ad then send people to the group link. If the link doesn’t work then use the above mentioned then when they message you direct them to the group.

Ensure your video is 1080x1080 that should work. You can use CapCut to resize.
