There is no option for visit instagram profile on the ads manager app.. how do we run a no end date for a visit instagram profile page ad on ads manager

Can you go more in depth on why leaving a campaign end date blank helps your ad more than having an end date? Does FB push your ad more when they don't know your budget? Why?
