The new sram breaks have performed better then shimano in our experience. The new brace arm they had to put on their breaks to make them stiffer impedes your ability to move levers around. And the wandering bite point has been a big issue.

So I just learned this, CL55 is now called dub MTB wide. They have it for GX, XO and XX1
