Thank you very much for watching this
Good stuff
Thank you very much
Thanks from Indiana! I've been privy to your presentations for some time but not "sitting down" and studying as diligently as I should
I'm 72, 5'8," with shoulder impingement, two bone on bone knees, crippled right foot , issues from bad concussion in youth, aches and pains y'all wouldn't want!
Bought the oak Cane Masters training cane last summer. I lean Heavy on a cane when walking. Stained it and finished it. Put hockey tape "bands" (not much) on crook and where you'd chamber down. Okay, man with cane. Advice to new buyers: 1" oak is fairly heavy. To move fast, (swing) you have to overcome inertia, I'm no weakling and think the 7/8" hickory a better move. If getting an fancier defensive "carved" cane latter, skies the limit.
So, Gary thanks so much. Going to take to heart your gracious kindness in proffering your skillful teaching.
I wanted to give the "older crowd" some incentive to not give up. I work out at home using superbands and light dumbbells, strong Captains Of Crush hand grippers, exercise videos on TV, exercise bike etc.
Do I carry firearms? Yep! If you do, make it two! BUG! back up gun.
A big fan, bud. Again, thanks!
Thank you, Doug, very much for the kind words and for watching my channel.
Could you give a tip on proper length or height for the cane? Good beginner video, look forward to more.
Cane masters has a order feature that will calculate your cane length based on your height.
This may help its a basic understanding of it.Most users' cane measurements will be within one inch of half the users' height. Convert height into inches: Example user height is 5'6", which is 66 inches. 66 divided in half = 33 inches (always round up to the nearest half inch). Add half an inch to this measurement to get 33.5 inches.
would it make sense to wear a glove?
If it helps you can it's totally up to you.
