Yes! This is more relevant to self preservation that will do more for me to stay alive (when unconscious or unresponsive) . Thank you master Hernandez for caring and sharing!!!
Great idea Master Gary ‘ I have a mechanical heart valve triple bypass and a lifetime warfarin user ‘ i carry a silver disc fixed to my wallet also a card’ but the bracelet it a far better guarantee if something happens’ the wall of sticks is fantastic’ and good luck in the new premises.
Great medical and self-protection advice! Thank you for sharing this information! I trained under multiple black belts over the years, and none of them ever mentioned this consideration.
I'm just about to have a stent put in so this was all valuable info Gary, as always. My question: If I come upon a possible attacker and he's not too impressed with my cane, do you have any kind of impressive flashy twirl or neat little movement that might make him know I mean business and think twice about having a go at me? I know you probably don't subscribe to any kind of party tricks, but I was just wondering if there was anything that might possibly forestall an actual confrontation before it happened? Good luck with the new school!
Hi Barry, good luck with your stent. I hope all goes well. One of the best things to do is walk with confidence and always be situational awareness. I want to do a video on the best way to move around with your cane.So you don't look like a victim. Thank you new schools doing okay.
