MK 20 SSR next please!! I feel like this gun is being slept on by EVERYONE (i have seen several tier lists call this gun "average". in my experience, it is well above average.)
It seriously needs a nerf with it's TTK. Every time I use it, it feels so unfair that it kills faster than most SMGs and all Assault rifles at ANY RANGE.

Does it come down to fire rare getting the second shot off or what? I'm level 180 and got everything gold and I prefer the SVD because of the headshots. @@XDef1ant Each to their own. SVD has a slightly bigger kick than the MK. Regardless if you play with coms/ranked, players will call out "DMR"; playing against an SVD or MK is just indifferent imo. Playing with an SVD in ranked is extremely difficult too with everyone's pacing and movement but is a fun pubstomper.

@@whitemale1725 to be honest .350ms is where majority of guns consistently sit on so its not really that faster considering if they land 1-2 headshot then smg and ak would out ttk the scar while landing a headshot with scar still make it a 2 shots kill nontheless

This gun is just all around good. I play Cleaners often and even when I'm not, I don't have to worry about a gun's performance against Phantom players, makes my gunfights somewhat consistent since I don't have to think on the fly how many bullets I need to kill an opponent. Only downside is the weird firing glitch when you respawn into the game, wasting bullets and needing to reload before you can get back to the fight. It's being worked on tho, since the developers noted that the firing glitch is affecting the M16.
Personally I like the heavy barrel for the consistency in close range fights. Also should really be using quick draw grip with the lightweight stock to counter the ADS penalty. My M16 build is muzzle booster, heavy barrel, reflex sight, quick draw grip, lightweight stock
I was about to give up on this game until a few days ago i didn't see anyone talking about the screen shake when shooting it was unplayable to me until i put on muzzle brake i love that attachment it save the game for me
The crouch spam get me to almost controller breaking levels of pissed. It’s a cheap way for an otherwise crappy player to win a gun fight. Hopefully it’s taken care of soon.

If your timing on the next burst is more on time, there's not a delay and it's the same as before, but its harder to do than it was before (makes it feel like the delay youre talking about. It's annoying lol and it wasnt like this til season 1

I just got the M16 to gold, im really not a fan, its hard to land shots against players that jump and strafe a lot because of the burst. I feel like all the other assault rifles do fine at range and do way better up close than the M16 so its like the second worst AR imo.

On your strafe build, why do you use the muzzle booster over the rapid fire barrel? It's an assault rifle so there's only improvements making the switch.
The m16 doesnt remove their health advantage it just lessens it theyre still able to use whatever they want which with any ar is faster than u can kill with ur m16
Not gonna lie I haven’t even been playing this game. I did for a little while, but then season one dropped and it was just a mess and I don’t have time for unfinished games. I’m getting old. I’m gonna go play stuff that’s ready to play.
Please do a pistol breakdown. So far, the only one I find even remotely usable is the 93R, but even then, the weapon swap speed is so slow that you will die before the gun is drawn.
Ive noticed hit reg with the m16 is terrible. When people kill me it doesnt pick up the 1 burst i put into them. This gun is also not a 5 shot kill. I have put upwards of 10 bullets into people up close and they dont die. I feel like the first burst on this gun never registers.
Like it has always been, burst guns just do better on console, unless you have a true god aim on PC. I am far from the biggest fan, but I can see the potiential when I have a good game with it - or maybe more realistically, some good moments with it :D I will try out some of the loadouts!

Since the season 1 patch there is a delay between each burst. That makes the gun rly bad and not usable at all. Wich is pretty sad, cause I really liked the m16 before. The question I ask myself is if it’s intended or not by Ubisoft?

You can't headshot GSK and so a heavy barrel is required for a good ttk vs them. With the other heavy barrel benefits plus bodyshot TTK vs GSK I think heavy barrel is important. 2 headshots in 1 burst is quite easy on PC too and much easier than 3 hs in 1 burst.

But sometimes it just feels off, like if you just mash the button there can be times where the burst delay suddenly doubles. And then some dude with an MP7 kills me in 120 milisecond and I just go and play something else.

I disagree with not using the heavy barrel. Using the heavy barrel making it a guaranteed 4 shot kill without a headshot increases my 2 burst kill consistency dramatically. Hitting 5 out of 6 bullets every fight isn’t guaranteed. 4 is much more manageable.

They changed the weapon. It now has a delay between bursts . It sucks now. Not sure if intended or not since it never appeared in any patch notes…

Why not replace muzzle booster with rapid fire in the strafe build? It slightly increases ROF more with little impact on recoil.
