I will definitely overwinter my peppers again. I had great success with them. 🌱

My next carrots will probably go in some time this month. I use the cardboard method and in the mulch the heat makes them germinate pretty fast.

I got lemon basil just starting to grow. I have a friend that has a basil plant that she keeps all the time and brings. She brings it inside for the winter and at a window and she still gets plenty of basil.
I have Genevieve basil, holy basil and now lemon basil🌱🌱

First year deep mulch gardener and first year potato grower. Harvested my potatoes today and had quite a bit a potato scab. More so on the white potatoes than the red ones. What causes it and how do I prevent it in a deep mulch garden? Thanks for your videos!

My first year I had some also. It takes a year or 2 for the soil to get ph balanced out. I rotate my potatoes and since the second year, I haven't had much problem with that. I hope that is helpful.

Hey I have a lot of bugs I mean a lot in my mixed mulch, roaches and crickets mainly, what will remedy this problem sir, because they eat everything I plant

I actually like most of the critters in my mulch. The thing that eats my plants is slugs and snails. I use the non poison slug pellets and I put that in every row I plant and that seems to keep them at bay. I also have grass hoppers that do their share of eating. Most of the critters in the mulch eat mulch and not to much on the plants but when something gets to be a problem, cold pressed neem oil seems to help. Thank you.
