Please don't listen or pay attention to UA-cam. Just please do your thing, the real ones will watch the other are not worth having. We love you dude keep doing your awesome thing. Coffee time yea..
@Corporals Corner Hi Shawn & Happy up & coming Thanksgiving to you & yours. I'm hoping if these type of builds keep going, eventually you'll do another that had @ least a 6+ foot entrance way. I think you said you're 6 feet exactly or 6" 1", I'm guessing what you put the tarp on from ground level up looked to be over maybe 8 feet but I have to re look where I may be wrong. I keep hoping some company beyond maybe one of those "ice fishing shanty" styled shelters could do more structures that would have @ least a 6 foot entrance way where my knees suck & I hate having to crawl into something, plus get out all hunched over before trying to stand up Best thing I saw but no idea how it stands up to rain was one that's a "6 man" tent ( I'd only need up to 4 for me & various gear, plus a decent ground styled mat to sleep in) but not many places seem to want to cater to the "make life a little easier" set, @ least not for something affordable ( under 200.00$)
I love your show because I'm an outdoorsy person I've never been in the middle of military but I've always done Wilderness stuff on my own but I always want to learn more and because you've been in the military I think what I was just is to bring a few people like me that want to learn more without joining the military but that is something you would have to message me about I I like to be outdoors more than I like being near city but that's my opinion and I've done a little bit of wilderness survival training but like I said learning from you would probably be better than learning from a manual or doing things on my own you might have some better tricks
I love watching your builds and always appreciate, and use, tips and tricks I have picked up from you. I look forward to your meals too. Informative and entertaining, with mouthwatering food. I rate your content as my top choice. I would like to build something like this in the woods out back. Hope to get out to the Pathfinders school and learn firsthand someday.
Please keep building. I was not here for the first hour the video dropped, because of church. I watch you every Sunday when the family and I return home. I feel like I learn so much from your videos. You have inspired me to experiment. I made a bushcraft chair on my last camping trip.
Just because UA-cam don't like it don't mean we don't like it. I love watching your builds, I wish I had the area to do what you do. You bring some very cool ideas and videos. Keep doing what you're doing ✌🏼
Don't stop your videos..I send these to my boy scouts EVERY SUNDAY as their weekly pioneering inspiration.. You don't realize how valuable you are as an external teacher!!
Keep on doing what you’re doing Corp. All your builds have pros and cons that fit the different skill sets, terrain, availability of materials and time available to your broad range of viewers. While not everyone can duplicate a particular build, everyone gets or learns something to help them expand their ability to get out and create something.
I certainly hope there is a part 3, I hate to see things go unfinished. Although you sound a bit down because of the situation. I understand this too. I am one of your 2%er's. I do get notified via email every time a video is put up. I do watch them. Then some weeks I will begin one of your playlists of 172? videos on Sunday evening and they play until Wednesday sometime. Sometimes I will start them all over. Anything to help another Marine. Semper Fi!
Honestly don't care what youtube thinks is good/bad content. I enjoy this so much. showing something if your going to be in a location for a bit to start simple and after time you can update it to be better survival. Keep doing what you are Corporals Corner. Thank you for the work and the enjoyment.
That was a meal for a king. I hope these series continue cause they are awesome and it’s something you can do with kids making it fun but passing the knowledge to the younger gen so the skills don’t fade into history.
I don't think people truly understand how much energy it takes to build using what's around u and what you brought, dealing with cold temps roughing it to allow others to see what it's like being wet cold and miserable when you could have just stayed home.. I salute you tho keep it up man
We all appreciate the time, skill and knowledge that you share with us. This is a great build. Looking forward to the finish. Like to see how exactly the roof comes together and be water proof. Thanks
I've watched a lot of your videos on UA-cam. And to me everyone of them has been inspirational to me. You have gave me a lot of ideas if I had to do something in a emergency situation that I would be able to do it by just going out and getting a few items and then using the rest of what I have off the land so don't stop what you're doing.
My 12 year old son and I have enjoyed your videos for several years,my son always reminds me "if it ain't raining you ain't training" we spend alot of time doing this stuff in the woods for fun to,keep the videos coming👍
You are making us better cavemen everyday. Going out after watching all these videos kept me safe and warm in a cold and dangerous situation. Thank you sir!
Shawn, just do what you like to do, don’t worry about UA-cam and the their way of statistics. It’s up to the people who watch your videos. Don’t worry so much about it just enjoy what you’re doing. We enjoy it
This is my Sunday appointment tv!! I just watch these with my 9yr old son to show him survival skills he may need one day he and I both enjoy everything you do corporal!! You’re a real celebrity to us! Keep it up man I always enjoy the multi episode builds
WoW!! That Pioneer Spirit and Grit, and determination!! The way he drove those nails and used that saw the way it’s supposed to be used!! The last straw was the way he cooked the STEAK and then he ATE it 😮😮😮😮
Corporal Kelly, I tell you, Do Not abandon this project, we your supporters are here to back you up. You are working hard for us & helping us how to learn about survival & also, you're helping us to learn how to adapt to any place or any environment and making things that would help us to be more secured. How can we not search for your videos? You are the best and people should know it.
A fireplace in a tree fort....taking it to the next level Corporal style....I love it !! By the way, as I am writing this comment I notice that 2609 people have also commented this video... which is what most bushcraft channels only dream of. Don't stop. Thank you sir !
Thanks for doing these mini cabin style videos. I look forward to the hybrid cabin build. Using power tools is logical, especially a chainsaw and nails.
I think you are doing a fantastic job building treehouse in the woods. More people should watch your content. You teach survival skills that everyone needs to know. Disasters happens everyday, your information could save lives, you got me as a viewer for as long as you continue to do these types of videos. Bravo
Love all the videos. Gives lots of ideas and techniques that can be used at any time. YT needs to realize how useful your info is versus so many others. Keep up the awesome work.
Keep up the GREAT videos Shawn! I have followed you for several years and look forward to watching your latest! I do not understand why YT is throttling your channel down, you are teaching great skills man!! I too follow you on IG, but left Facebook years ago and don't plan on returning.
Corporal Kelly,I am a 74 year old preacher and I love what you are doing. Keep up the good work. You must be doing something right for all the garbage coming your way. Don't quit
This is freaking awesome. This is something you can continue to build on and upgrade every day as you go. What a great beginning to an awesome little cabin in the woods
Honestly. I get your notifications, every week. There was one week, that I didn't and I sent you a message. I thought you had died, as you are like clockwork. I will continue watching you tick off your bucket list, every Sunday with my sons. Thank you for your service and for the hard work and dedication you put into putting out a video every weekend. 👍
Great session one. I liked the improvised short chimney block build. Thanks. I once spent 6-8 weeks sleeping in my small office downstairs with my momma Yorkie (and the pups) during her first (and second, final) litters. I don't think I ever hurt worse in the morning, than if I had slept on the ground outside. It was all worth it in the end. I'll condemn the maker of the cot later, if I remember the name. Brutal.
Corporal kelly, I got the notification. It dosen't mean I'm going to stop what I'm doing to watch a video.some times, it takes to a rainy day for me to catch up. Pretty sure, I'm not the only one. So dont misunderstand the logistics of the first hour you drop a video. So in closing... Keep up the great work you do! We all learn from you.
Don't give up Shawn. Your videos help me make it through the week. UA-cam only cares about how much money it gets from adds most people don't want to see. This another great build.
I always get notified of your video's and watch them till the end. Keep this build going I would like to see it the end. Like always keep up the good work and keep moving forward.
I love how you've taken technically now 3 shelters (if you include last week's video and that one being the second). That chimney idea with this and the last build as well the first original clay shelter underneath is very beneficial, even down here in the Ozark mountains in Arkansas where I am currently. I hope to see more parts to this!
Everyone hit the thumbs up and get these videos noticed. Let’s not let this project fall by the wayside. These are all great projects to do and could be a fantastic adventure for the family to get involved with. Keep up the awesome content!
I watch most of your videos. It may take me a few days to get around to a new one, and I often watch more than one as I am often behind a video or two. I like this idea....who wouldn't want a tree house in the woods?!
Man, I can't believe UA-cam can pull that sh.t because they have different ideas than us. You're the only bushcraft channel I watch, because I'm still trying to master the knots you use...lol Not really, I just love what you cook, that steak was the bomb...Love what you're doing ❤️
That steak looks sooooo good... And so does the chef 😍 In all seriousness, don't give up on this one! It's a really cool shelter. And honestly I would be interested in a longer, more in depth build over multiple videos, but maybe that's just me? 🤷♀️
These raised shelters are nice, but I like the dugout style the best. And my all-time favorite is the one you did way back in Feb. 21 with the uprooted tree and the built-in fireplace, I have watched that one many times
I love this build it has inspired me I'm building a Hut in the woods for hunting and I'm trying to figure out how to get heat the way you built your stove has inspired me to do my own I'm about 20% the way through it and I'm taking ideas from your build I appreciate it thank you so much please don't abandon the build love to see the finished product but if you have to I understand keep up the good work thank you for all the great videos very inspiring
I love these type of builds I would hate for you to abandon them. I'm going to share your video with everyone I know! I watch your videos religiously every week. My kids and I love them, you give us great ideas to get outdoors and camp. Your videos inspire us to stay outdoors! Keep up the excellent work! BTW your final thoughts this week really explained my work place. It's almost like you have worked there. 🤣
really hoping this video does well i love this series, ive ben watching every week for a few years now and always love the raised builds, especially the raised one in the lake
I’m sick of all the “algorithms” determining what people watch or do. That’s why I switched it up and go direct to the sources now. I an many others appreciate your work and the efforts you put into the weekly videos.
Oh man, bone-in ribeye! That looks absolutely marvelous. Even my kids have memories of me stacking up CMU's in our back yard and cooking hamburgers and other meals over a cut-wood (tree trims) fire. Not in the snow (San Antonio) but in cold and rain.

Hi Shawn & Happy up & coming Thanksgiving to you & yours.

Best thing I saw but no idea how it stands up to rain was one that's a "6 man" tent ( I'd only need up to 4 for me & various gear, plus a decent ground styled mat to sleep in) but not many places seem to want to cater to the "make life a little easier" set, @ least not for something affordable ( under 200.00$)

Hopefully they don't shadow ban your videos I was hoping for more on this build and maybe a return to the cabin you built .
Love all the videos. Gives lots of ideas and techniques that can be used at any time. YT needs to realize how useful your info is versus so many others. Keep up the awesome work.
I’m about tired AF of UA-cam’s crap. I hope the build gets to continue. Thanks for the work you put in every week!!
Now it's Sunday.

I too follow you on IG, but left Facebook years ago and don't plan on returning.
I hope to see the rest of this awesome build. Shared it to folks who will enjoy it. Best of luck corporal.
Looks incredibly cozy. And the concept of the daily improving and growing shelter in quite smart!
I really like the practical over-time build idea. Please keeps these up, maybe even do a multi-person emergency long-term shelter in the woods
Corporal Kelly,I am a 74 year old preacher and I love what you are doing. Keep up the good work. You must be doing something right for all the garbage coming your way. Don't quit
I have never seen a bad build on your channel. I love this channel, hear that UA-cam.

That steak looked delicious AF. Iconic eating it in the snowfall. Classic Corporal's corner.
Love your builds. Reminds me of camping with my Grand Dad. Thank you.
Some of the best stuff on UA-cam. I’m here every week.
Great session one. I liked the improvised short chimney block build. Thanks.
I once spent 6-8 weeks sleeping in my small office downstairs with my momma Yorkie (and the pups) during her first (and second, final) litters. Your entire structure is held together by just a few strings! Frivolous!
I think that's a survival type of rope that's very thin but very strong. Is used by many
I can't do anything about YT but I watched it as soon as I saw the notification. Hope you finish this build. GL.
Hope we get to see more of this build!
I don't wait for your notifications , I search for your video every Sunday ! I always enjoy your thoughts afterwards ! Keep up the good work !
Same here, this is one of my main weekly channels that are a must to watch 🤙🏽
Hope UA-cam gets its head out of its ass and doesn't mess with this build. You put a lot of work into this and it is appreciated.
Great content and I truly enjoy watching your builds
Love these kind of builds, thanks CPL
Absolutely love this series. Hope it can continue. Looking forward to the cabin build
This Tree Fort looks really nice !
Corporal kelly, I got the notification. It dosen't mean I'm going to stop what I'm doing to watch a video.some times, it takes to a rainy day for me to catch up. Pretty sure, I'm not the only one. So dont misunderstand the logistics of the first hour you drop a video.

Don't give up Shawn. Your videos help me make it through the week. UA-cam only cares about how much money it gets from adds most people don't want to see. This another great build.
one of the best parts of my Sunday.
Enjoy watching your bushcraft videos. Knots tarp shelters. Fire making… thanks! TC and keep up the good work 👍
I really hope you keep this one going. I want to see how you add clay to the double layer wall. That’s something I have never seen others try.

Great build, and I’ll always be watching! Best thing on Sunday!! Awesome shelter.
I love how you've taken technically now 3 shelters (if you include last week's video and that one being the second). That chimney idea with this and the last build as well the first original clay shelter underneath is very beneficial, even down here in the Ozark mountains in Arkansas where I am currently. I hope to see more parts to this!
Outstanding AF. 😊😊😊

14k likes and 61k views in 11 hours should show you that we like what you are doing. Keep up the quality content.
Man, I can't believe UA-cam can pull that sh.t because they have different ideas than us. You're the only bushcraft channel I watch, because I'm still trying to master the knots you use...lol Not really, I just love what you cook, that steak was the bomb...Love what you're doing ❤️
Love that indoor fireplace!! The shelter is awesome, but that fireplace is truly functional. Love that!
That steak looks sooooo good... And so does the chef 😍
In all seriousness, don't give up on this one!
Don't let stop you. This build is very interesting. Please go on !
Look forward to watching you every week. I find that you have the greatest experience of Bushcrafting. Semper Fi my friend
Sundays are for the Corporal! Keep up the great work and awesome content Shawn! By far the best channel on the tube!
Your videos are like clockwork. You can always count on them. Thanks for your hard work. !! Love the content
Great video. Like that you are extending your build. I watch the videos as they come out.
I’m sick of all the “algorithms” determining what people watch or do. That’s why I switched it up and go direct to the sources now. I an many others appreciate your work and the efforts you put into the weekly videos.
One thing I find facinating with your builds is the built-in fireplace. That is a great feature. And this one above ground is pretty cool
Keep ‘em coming. Always look forward to the Sunday notifications. And thanks for what you do and your service.
Oh man, bone-in ribeye! That looks absolutely marvelous. Even my kids have memories of me stacking up CMU's in our back yard and cooking hamburgers and other meals over a cut-wood (tree trims) fire. Not in the snow (San Antonio) but in cold and rain.
