Another way that Worthpoint has helped me is in knowing how high to bid on some on-line auction items. I was recently the only bidder on a brass medallion that most recently sold in 2018 for $88. I am guessing that no one else bid on it, because there were no comparable sales on EBay.

Hi Kat! Your point exactly! Who knew those little crab brooches were worth so much? I believe Worthpoint would be a very valuable tool that would more than pay for itself. You would only have to sell a couple of small items to cover the cost. I know I left alot of money on the table when I was actively reselling as the resources were not available.

My husband and I source a lot of vintage/antique items and a lot of them are hard to find one of a kind items. One of the hardest part about getting these items is doing the research and like you said figuring out what to price it at. I use Google lens too and so many times I've been directed to worthpoint. I've contemplated getting it because it's kind of a pricey subscription but it seems to have really paid off for you. I'm definitely considering it!

Thank you very much for directing me to this video! I'd love to join to get the great perks you offer. I haven't started selling yet though, it was several years ago I sold only a few things. Usually I let 2 of my children do all that for me, but I'd like to try it myself. Besides we have mountains of items to sell and a huge variety. I noticed on your join info that the middle one and the last one you asked for my you tube channel and I haven't gotten that far yet. I'd be elated if I could even help 1 person in some way or another but to helps hundreds or thousands. I'm always amazed at the items you get online from auctions. I haven't found any as nice or as lots like you have found. I'm in Illinois so that could make a difference i guess.

It depends on how popular the items are if really popular they'll sell really fast, but for me it took 500 items to have consistent sales and even then was only 1-2 a day

I don't use the photo featuer directly on worthpoint. What i mean when I reference that is that worthpoint comes up as a result page when I use google lens to search for an item
I've paid $28.99 for Worthpoint for two months. As soon as I finally finish pricing what I'm about to post, I'm cancelling it. When I re-subscribe, I'll use your link. It will probably be in the Spring.
Why would you cancel? If you're listing continuously I would just keep the subscription if you are sourcing the same types of things

I do 99% buy it now, but if you have expensive brands I would consider auctions. I recommend once over 250 you're better off monetarily to get a store

More for one of a kind not necessarily high dollar but you'd be surprised at stuff you find low that isn't on ebay that can worth big money.

LOL no I wouldn't say that :D I think the only hot I said was the St Austell which was like 24 listed 30 something sold and another with 50% sell through
How do you decide to decline an offer? And, when do you decide to counter offer? If you are only a couple $s in to an item, and you list it for just under $220., why decline a quick $200.? I take alot of factors into account if its 50% or less I typically decline. If it is something I have had a long time though I might accept 50% With this I saw that the last two sold for over $400 and it had been listed less than 24 hours. I'm ok wiating a few months to make $200 more if that's what it takes!

I have been watching a lot of your vids to help me get started with selling my inheritance. My great grandmother, grandmother and mother were all resellers. I was thinking about using worth-point to help price things but I see quite a few negative reviews with the BBB. There are many complaints that people are getting charged double and then when they try to contact them, it falls on deaf ears. Not sure if this company is reputable anymore...your thoughts.
I've been using them over 3 years and never been double charged. They are reliable and just a gentle reminder that all you'll see on bbb is pretty much mad people not all the satisfied customers, so personally I've not had this issue and know many others that use the service very satisfied as well.
I signed up for the trial. It does not show the prices like your screen shoes. I’ll call them. I’ll watch this again to see if I’m missing something. I’d love if you did a how you navigate tutorial. From another nurse who wants to stop doing night shift!😂😭😴

I was wondering if worthpoint has an identification feature by using a picture only?
I am notn sure as I use google lens and a lot of times it will pull up worthpoint pages in response to my photo searches
I think they should have Different payment options what if you have someone like me that might get one thing maybe once a month that I need to look up that might be rare. They should have maybe $9.99 a month.
Right at 30 isn't bad if you increase 1 or 2 items a month by a hundred or more it really does pay for itself
So this would be more useful when buying rare items? I want to get it but make me think how often do I get rare stuff. I would have to sit on my desktop go on auctions and research like that because mostly I'm on the move treasure hunting
They have an app you can use as well

I would just measure and list as liner size whatever x whatever same with the garters that is how I did mine

That is spammers if you have less than 15 feedback you'll get it I suggest buying cheap items to get your feedback up.

I attempted to get back on Worthpoint last week after being off several years. My email was recognized but not my password. I could find no option to update or change password.

Does worthpoint actually show prices of everything like that? I signed up for a trial and it makes me click through to each listing, then click through for the price. Super frustrating. I don't want to continue past the trial if it's like that.
Mine shows them on the front page just like I showed. I only use the computer to search though not a phone

Ebay only shows 90 days of history, worthpoint shows you 10 years of ebays history :D
Nope you can only see 90 days on ebay then it's gone from there system except terapeak with no pcitures for a year then completetly gone worthponit is 10 years with pics

Why are you wasting money promoting your item if you have the only one? If someone does a search your item comes up twice side by side…….
Well there are multiple reasons #1 I'm OCD and hate seeing I have any items to promote, #2 promoting over 5% means ebay pushes it out beyond ebay to google searches #3 it is promoted on similiar searches. I might be the only one with that exact brooch but there are 100s of crab brooches that if someone is just blanket searching it is beneficial to be pushed up top. I paid $2 and it's listed for hundreds I think I'm ok with a small promotion fee if it sells.
