I am a Vietnamese living in TX, pleased to meet you, a Laotian who is a neighbor of Vietnam. Your garden in Florida is so beautiful! I see a lot of mango trees 😀
I was just in Laos 🇱🇦. Such a beautiful country full of great people. I love how pretty much everyone in that part of the world grows tons of fruit trees. They never lost the knowledge to grow your own food.
Wow I love all the vegetables and fruits in Billy’s yard. I’m from Laos living in Georgia, I can’t grows anything’s in Georgia, I love papaya and mangos.. Thanks for sharing..
Sabaidee 🙏 I'm also from Laos, and it's my first watching your video. Those tropical fruit trees look very interesting, and I would love to visit his garden.
Billy, I love what you do around your house. It is amazing to bring back how live in the past but much better how you planted without any animals around.
I wished the camera person went up close on each of the plant so we can see and enjoy each one of them closer since we are unable to be there in person, otherwise great video! Congratulations and great job brother 😀
Sir, God has blessed you and your family with a big land to plant your variety of fruits, veges and coconuts some from your native country and around Florida.
We have a sweet and spicy sauce to eat with the green mangoes ☺️ Lao bamboo soup is the best! Once you taste it you wouldn't want anything else 😊 Love his garden!!
Squirrels and Raccoons knows better not to trespass Billy's yard. Especially when he has a lot of Lemongrass, Kaffir leaves, and Galanga roots laying around. These three ingredients are great with wild games. 😂😂😂😂
The first flower tree with the purple flowers around 20m looks like a crepe myrtle, which as he mentioned is grown commercially and is often planted in parks meridians and other greenspaces as it's very low maintenance in FL.
I backed packed from one end of Laos to the other end truly a beautiful country and lovely people. Now there is a bridge that spans from Thailand to Laos, but at the time of my trek there was not one and so I took a boat from Laung Prabang up the Mekong River to Thailand a 2 day trip a great memory.
First of I like your beard. Billy has a great ideal making use of his space, beautiful yard, his dad taught him well. In the future he will feed his family and also Profit off the fruits. Keep giving us great Videos.
Mango from the Philippines is known to be the best and sweetest in the world shape like what he has (teardrop shape). The best ones are from the Visayas region (IloIlo).
I am in Northern CA and it is very hard to grow tropical fruit. Even growing lemon grass is a struggle. The only thing that does well here are succulents and persimmons
Thanks for this great video. Interesting and informative. Just love your big yard with all those different plants. I know it’s a lot of work but it is rewarding to see the different plants thriving.
I think fruit trees shed leaves before they blossom take note of that we used the dry coconut meat the dry ones to make rice and beans and that milk is so good in a lot of meals just slice in thin pieces and blend good milk
Very interesting because i came from Cambodia, Kiew Savoy ( Svay Keo in Cambodian) and Svay means Mango. Another plant with spiky trunk no one know the name in Southern California, they call Kapok (from chinese word), Kapok is the fruit and the plant call Kapokier (french writing).
Hi from Broward county - Chermoya grow in this zone - 10. It would be great if you could zoom in to show the blossoms your guest (with a great voice) pointed out. We take pics of things in the garden and Google the pic. You can try to do that in preparation of this video - then if he doesn't know the name, you can help. Have you ever eaten Chinese dishes with bamboo shoots? Not exotic, a typical ingredient in authentic Asian food.
Those are custard apples/ Annona reticulata. Spanish/cuban speaking people call them "chirimoya"- that's where the confusion with cherimoya comes from. Great video.
I love fruit trees I am from Bekasi Indonesia I had dozen of Guava less seeds, water guavas, Mango's and oranges around my house the fruits are always growing all years long.
The plant with big leaves with thorns on the leaves is called Naranjilla, also known as Lulo, scientific name Solanum Quitoense. The fruit is used to make a delicious juice in Ecuador. I have been trying to grow it from seed, without success. Good luck, and congratulations!

Beautiful yard.
18:32 We call it makabuhay here in the Philippines. Aside from medicinal uses we also make natural pesticides out of it.
What a beautiful backyard
I'm stooping by for some papaya salad Ai lol
Ooh those banana leaves.. wrap fish or meat in the the leaves n bake them smells heavenly.

That’s very beautiful trees, and those mangos it’s my favorite.
Please tell the man I’m from Laos too live in Desmoines Iowa.
Olá meu amigo, passando aqui para prestigiar seu belo trabalho 👍🇧🇷
I love how his trellis for the dragon fruit is so low. Usually people make them a lot higher, which I do not like. I’m going to try it his way.
Baby bamboo tastes similar asparagus- to me!
Dude living the dream
Billy, good going brother.

Greetings from Malaysia 🇲🇾. Just an advice.. do not plant any papaya trees near a drain bcos the roots re strong and hard, it might break yr drains.
Bamboos help slow aging and boil leaves for tea for aging too!!
My favorite to grow is Surinam cherry bushes. Makes really good curry & jam & so healthy to eat raw like cherries too.

The name is Ceiba (Ceiba petandra) a tree native to Mexico and is a tree sacred to the Maya people.
Love Billy's fruit orchard! The pepper plants need to be in full sun.
Sa Bai Dee 🙏 cool video 🔥

18:31 It could be bitter melon. In Belize people call it cerasee but I've never tried it.
Makabuhay is the plant.
@mariaod Thanks Maria 🙂 I had to google makabuhay. I've never heard of that.
24:40 I think that's called a carabao mango aka philippine mango.
Shalom Paul. What a nice setup
Tnx for sharing
Wow I love planting
It’s awesome to see how he dad plans all kinds of fruit tree but it butter to have a name tag for all those trees.
OG Asians don't put tags on their plants. Maybe the younger generation like me. I even have the date I planted lol.
Maybe tie a rope to a truck and pull that bamboo back ?
Great man,very inteligente,wish him well
You got a very big space in your place.
