    For the cross-body “chop” with the weight, can you put one foot up on a chair for stability? Over time maybe hover the foot? Thx!

      Hi Carin! Feel free to keep your foot on the floor or on a stool for stability! You can also try it without the weight if you want to focus more on balance. Hovering your foot is a great idea when you’re feeling ready. We definitely want you to feel safe and stable!
