Although that may be true for Northern Greeks, 100% natives of Crete, as does he, are in fact blond with blues eyes and pale or sometimes olive skin. That is because the first who colonised Crete were Dorians, a vikings race from the north of Europe who were infamous for their blue or green eyes and their blond hair.
Really rare to see a man, especially in this generation that is so well-spoken, down to earth and wise. Always wanted to move to Greece as a child and watching this only reignited that ha, feels so much more warm, grounded, simple that America.

I love how nice he was about the women. I saw one of these where the guy laid into the women and said horribly judgemental things just based on their food plating and choices. In the end, I don't think any of them were particularly interested in him. Honestly, you don't know nothing about the person who made the food, so why judge them harshly! They made you food!
What a loving guy. He never let any of these young women feel 'less than'...just an absolutely lovely chap.

This and the Mexican guy's vid are one of my favorite taste testers in this series just because how nice the one trying the food is. I don't know the other vids were entertaining and all but it seems like it's a given that the person eating the food and picking the dish tend to come across as a little mean.

Not too big fan of pork, but I'd take #3 and sub out pork with beef...#1 being chicken almost edged out, butdidn't look as meaty as #3. #2 was dished/presented well...but I'm a sucker for handheld meals, so it was really between #1/3 for me.
Pork is huge in Greece. Gyro is almost always either pork or chicken
