2nd looked good but tasted mediocre
3rd looked pre-heated in a microwave and dry
they love to act attacked and offended and throw around the word "confused" but all he said was simply this:
1) he doesnt like extravagant seasoning so just go normal, if he didnt taste anything it means you didnt even manage to go normal, not that he's confused.
2) theres nothing confusing about a dish being dry first then moist, it means you cant make a homogeneous mac n cheese and it's dry in some spots and wet in others, thats YOUR problem not his. ALSO, he said that it being in a pepper has drawn the moisture out of it, so of course he will say its dry first, then say its moist in the glass which cant absorb moisture from it.
3) yall came on a cooking show for ur food to get judged and got mad when he judged it? if you can't cook properly its your fault not his, his reactions were a bit off cant lie n he switched up in front of yall but STILL ur basically blaming him for your bad food.
nothing is confused about the guy, its just you who don't understand that there can be an inbetween from lightly seasoned to excessive seasoning, and that a dish can be dry and moist in diff spots.

The macaroni pie is definitely a cultural dish specific to Trinidad,
Grenada, Barbados, etc. He’s clearly culturally underexposed if by this stage in his life he wasn’t able to identify where that version of Mac and cheese derived from. Based on her ingredients, I’m sure it was delicious but not what his basic palate expected. She coulda actually taught him a lil something.
