    I'm taking Selenium and Glutathione to help reduce my mercury. My level is 3 times the max level and last year I had a stent put in to unblock a 100% LAD. OFF TOPIC & FYI: I buy bottled water and store it outside in my carport. I've lived here for over 30 years and every winter the bottled water in my carport freezes -- EXCEPT THIS YEAR!! I have Weis brand and SmartWater outside now. Both are not freezing. I live in PA and the night temp has been in the 20's for a couple of weeks, but no freezing water. When you call the company, they say that is normal. Please don't take their crap. Give it back to them. Tomorrow's temp is supposed to be 10-18 degrees. If that water doesn't freeze, there will be heII to pay.

    Thanks. On infrared recommend seeing the research of Glenn Jeffrey. Basically you can get a lot of infrared from the sun, even in the shade. Also, for detox you can try monthly plasma donation (not whole blood) which can be done free at you local blood bank (in the US at least). This will remove 25% of you plasma each donation. One study showed that 6 donations markedly reduced persistent fire retardants in fire firefighters.

      Very Carefully. Research and Find a holistic dentist who has been trained and specializes in the 'safe' removal of mercury. You may have to travel to find a good one. Read their patient reviews on independent websites, schedule a meeting directly with the dentist solely to discuss their process and ask lots of questions until you're satisfied they will do it properly and keep you safe. If not, move on til you do. Good luck.

    What he says about Saunas?? The traditional sauna reach very high temperatures!! Higher than the infrared saunas. 45 *C??? Finish saunas reach 90 * C.

    • @everywherenowhere6901
      @everywherenowhere6901 11 днів тому

      Yes, but if you listened, you would have heard that he was talking about STEAM saunas, which are generally 40 - 60 * C.
      Furthermore, infrared saunas directly heat your body, not the air, so ambient temperature inside the sauna is irrelevant to this discussion. It's the mechanism of action that is important.

    • @gemagel20
      @gemagel20 10 днів тому

      I have listened to Rhonda Patrick. She is talking a lot about the benefits of sauna. She said that in order to get the same benefits from the infrared saunas you have to stay 1 hour inside. For the traditional sauna 20-25 min are enough (80 C).

  • @monnoo8221
    @monnoo8221 12 днів тому +4

    basically, chelation is wishful thinking. first, chelating is a chemical pocess, that happens outside of the control of mtabolism, in the case of EDTA or DMSO. That may be partially intended, but as a second aspect it causes issues: artificial chelating agents bind any metal, particularly those with 2 or more donatable electrons, like Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Se. rALA and vit C are very weak chelators. Third, the heavy metals are orders of magnitudes more diluted than eve Ca, so, pouring EDTA in, you first remove all the valuable stuff, causing severe issues, before heavy metals get touched. injecting EDTA or gulping it may kill you.

    • @gamblinguru33
      @gamblinguru33 12 днів тому +1

      A much safer approach is to ensure nutrients like zinc, sulfur, vitamin C are replenished, glutathione levels are optimal, and to enhance the body's phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification processes and then bind the metals in the GI tract and safely excrete them. Also, remove them through sweat using the sauna.
