You should've mentioned SSJ Rage Trunks having normal SSJ hair while still having SSJ Rage aura & moveset. Which is super wired, since they took extreme care with details when it comes to all SSJ i SSJ2 hair differences. SSJ Rage bothers me because it just feels inconsistent and off compared to everything else.
Yea. Does Trunks also look like he's missing his SSJ and SSJ2 form? I mean he did them both in the anime. So for him to skip straight to Rage kinda rubs me the wrong way. Or did I just not see his forms?

Ss3 does look weird. Like i was watching the demo with my non dbz fan and just showing him the game just so he knows why iv been hyped and i cant lie we both started dying of laughter when we saw ss3 goku. He looks too compressed
They just gotta fix the clipping of the models. They merge into one another. For example, Goku does his Kaioken rush attack and when he punches into characters like Buu his fist basically melts into him. It’s too noticeable.
I agree with those complaints, Missed to include Gogeta Blues super attack when hes doing that dash punches and his hair model is so wack for that one scene
Look at the Super vegeta 3d model in this video and compare it to the Goku vs Vegeta Rival official trailer. They improved majin and Super vegeta models. Especially look at Super Vegeta shoulders, in the official trailer it was looking kinda bad, now it's perfect. I hope they keep making these kind of improvements because some of the models have some little flaws.

Well when the camera is pushed against the ground you'd only see the ground. It was a problem a few times in the older Tenkaichi games & the Xenoverse games. Unless you have an actual solution it doing that let's you still see both you & the enemy.

(Im talking about when you do a combo that concludes with a knock back AND blast like kamehameha) most clips I just see the enemy knocked back and fall. My guess is its still in development and we will see it in release?

As much as I love the game so far I have to agree with the Reddit complaints😂 this is the issue when you switch anime art styles, shintani style doesn’t really go well with Z characters like the way it does for Super characters. As sparking zero is using a shintani based design style it kinda messes up things here and there
Well, the "thin neck" complaint makes no sense, as Toriyama only started to implement this design quirk on the manga by the late Cell Arc. Before then, most characters had thin necks and not very defined muscle mass.

The only think indomt like it that the explosions after blast impact is smoke amd i find that annoying and I miss the old games where the super attacks and blast attacks specifically had animations to them and creators that they make after impact and mushroom clouds it's just poof smoke after a blast hits and I don't like it and I don't like how skinny all the models are of all the characters I wish the models were more modeled after dragon Ball z kakarot

The problem is people complain when its still a work in progress now if the game releases and the problems are still present then we have a problem I've seen games where it was delayed multiple times and when it finally released it was still trash
It's good if they complain now though, so that developers can work on it more urgently. For example they were not intending to put split screen and just focus on online and single player but because of public demand they threw it in. These testing gameplays are intended to test the game and find flaws that can be improved. If we can point these out more, we can get better game at launch
I am so glad beam struggles are back, but my gosh it looks awful in this game. Just have the regular camera angles from the old Sparking/Budokai Tenkaichi games, even the one in Dragon Ball Legends looks better honestly. I think the main issue is the purple dimension from the Broly movie. The strike clash is already a reference to the Broly movie and it looks gorgeous, the beam clash can be it's own thing and should be inspired more by events such as Goku vs Vegeta or Gohan vs Cell. Sparking Zero should be a celebration of the whole franchise and not just be "DBS Broly: The Game" in regards to it's visual references.

Growing up on bodybuilder dbz proportions and not the slim "younger" modern shonen art style we have today, I'd prefer the models/necks to reflect from that era. I'm only using z/gt characters anyway so 🤷♂️
If we end up getting the pencil neck weenie hut jr version of SSJ4 Goku that's the last straw. In all seriousness this game looks amazing, hope they put Goku on a steroid cycle before the game drops.
SSJ3 model is a silly take. Look at the gameplay. The model looks great lmfao. What people have an issue with is that weird ah camera angle that distorts the model and makes it look stretched and weird. That camera angle is what has to go.

It's specifically Shintani's style from the Broly Movie, which is completely different than what they had for the Anime. Most people agree it looks good cause it does. It doesn't look quite right on some characters though, I can agree with that.
