1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp butter [I used vegan butter sticks to make this dairy free]
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

It's me again with my questions lol it's hard to find the Fiji brand custard powder here in NJ. Which brand do you use?

You can use any brand of custard powder you prefer. I’ve used a couple of different ones with success. One was an Indian brand, Ahmed. If you can find Birds custard powder, that works really well too.
