Excellent! Q. What do I need to do for the custom workout to also measure performance condition? It appears when running but it does not work, stays in 0 the whole run.
Hi, I believe autopause should work with custom workouts. But I don't use autopause personally, as in my experience it can be a little slow to note when stopped and when start again.
so my question is : can i make a custom workout ? having premade exercises not feel like custom to me... i mean lets say i want to do L sit and have all of my callisthenics exercises just written not count them...just a reminder of what i have to do. cant i type down my own exercises?
Hi Basilis. Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to type in your own exercises. You do have the choice to select from an extensive list of exercises for a strength workout (or Yoga/Pilates). But you just get what's on the pre-made list that Garmin provides I think. Just had a quick squint and an L-sit is not on their lists. If the other exercises you want to do are in Garmins lists, you could select "Other" for the L-sit perhaps.

Hi Alexis, sorry I can't answer your question, as I've never owned or used a Garmin with that function.
Does auto pause work on these? I've been using the create workout, but auto pause just doesn't seem to kick in.
