How to change units of measure on your Garmin

In this video, I demonstrate how you can change the units of measure on your Garmin device. I use my Garmin Forerunner 230 in this tutorial.

I don't think so, I believe the swim distance units are set by the units set for the device.

Hi Vinay, I think you can also change units in the connect app ( More > Settings > User Settings > Measurement Units ). But this video is specifically about changing them on the Garmin itself.
