@@ZArkadia-lc3fphi brother, nice explanation... I have one issue with Ets2 game.. game is running very smooth on 60 fps constant by using LS but when I start recording, video is not smooth as game is running and in video lot of stuttering and object is not moving smooth as game is running.. I have tried to capture with OBS as well as shadow play but no luck
@@t2patel so recording issue??? That's weird. I did it with obs and nothing happened. Check my latest video, Casting frank stone and until dawn remake. I record using obs with lossless on (FPS indicator) and it works well hehe
Sir my laptop spec is Ryzen 5 7430U processor with AMD Radeon igpu vega 7, 16 gb single channel ram, 1080p 60hz screen. I only get 25 fps in RDR 1 1080p lowest graphics. So I used Lossless Scaling to increase fps. It worked and the game felt more smoother after enabling frame generation in lossless scaling. But the downside is there are a lot of water ripple like effects all over the screen whenever I move the camera or character in the game. Please tell me how to fix it
@@Mythical.History the water ripple is what we call artefact or ghosting. And there is no way to fix that because the base fps is too low to determine the image stability. Usually you will need at least stable 30 or 60 fps to have minimal ghosting. 60 being the best
I have a problem with the WCX API. I played Black Myth Wukong and capped my FPS to 30 (i have a 60hz Monitor), but when i scale it with WCX it makes no difference. I can see that the FPS at the top left corner tell me i have around 60-80fps (Remember FPS capped at 30, via Rivaturner, also tried it in-game), but it feels the complete same. Not smoother or anything. Game is in Borderless screen.
So the thing is, most of the time 60hz monitor won't benefit at all from lossless. This is because your fps is at 30 fps and input lag and artefact will noticeably higher. Also you misunderstood the concept of smoothness, the smoothness what they mentioned is having a higher fps. Since you can only get 60 fps max, then that's the max smoothness you get. That's why it's recommended to get high refresh rate monitor
It's simple: 1. To reach optimum max refresh rate of your monitor 2. Better frame pacing. 3. The latency can be reduced with Nvidia reflex from RTTS very significantly making it almost as if latency isn't added before frame gen 4. You struggled to get even 80 real fps, you cap to 48 fps and stable even 1% low, you x3. You got 144 fps. Win
Wow, beautiful video!! But bro, I do not have an external gpu. I get about 25-30 fps on god of war ragnarok, so when I cap it to 25 and turn on lossless scaling, the game performs worse! I get 8 fps. any fix to this
Okay this is purely because of overusage gpu power. As I said, lossless scaling needs some GPU room resources. So if the game is already at 99%, it will make some room for LS and cause Fps drop. The way to solve this is to put Performance mode in LS and then reduce some settings in Game to give some headroom
@@ZArkadia-lc3fp While I was playing cyberpunk 2077, without the lsfg, the usage was still 99% then later on i turned on the lsfg and i was getting 60fps. I am confused 😥😥
@@MysticalMetaphors I can understand for Cyberpunk because it's a very demanding game. Hmm i think i saw a similar result with other people and they also say some have gotten lower fps compared to not using it. Try joining Lossless scaling discord server and then ask people there. :) This issue can be fixed. No worries
@@ZArkadia-lc3fp The problem was the game itself. I just realised that my game still had patch 1.1.1 Now since I put patch 1.3 it works well but it's in slow motion, though the vsync is turned off. Do you have any solution?

Whats the point of having 144 fps interpolated from 48 with doubled latency instead of real 80? ( ╹ -╹)?
It's simple:
1. To reach optimum max refresh rate of your monitor
2. Better frame pacing.
3. The latency can be reduced with Nvidia reflex from RTTS very significantly making it almost as if latency isn't added before frame gen

What about using Nvidia Whisper mode for limiting frame rate? Will it produce less latency?
@@anurajdahegaonkar3642 actually I haven't tried that method. The only reliable method is Rtts with Nvidia reflex inject
idk i tried that and not so much difference maybe something with my pc 144 hz btw
