If you've never raced, these guys are cardio MONSTERS. I did a 50 mile back in the day and there was a guy sitting in a lawn chair with a radar gun at the top of a hill. As I was getting close he yelled out, I got you at 2mph! Lance Armstrong does this hill at 20mph. At that moment I said to myself, damn really?, that's insane!
