Gabriel S Indeed Rodgers does make a fine instrument. My Church where I normally play will be installing a brand new 3 Manual Rodgers Infinity 361 in about a month. Stay tuned for videos from the great new Rodgers. Glad you enjoyed!
While I’ve always liked Rodgers, I think it may be only for the beauty of the console. After hearing many Rodgers and many Allen organs, I prefer the sound of the latter. However, opinion is subjective. Nonetheless, beautiful video and excellent playing!
Hi Jared, You are fun to listen to man! I am a church organist and rather music saturated after a full Sunday morning but i still enjoy hearing YOU play! thanks .. . jeff
jeffrey hartmann Jeff, good to hear from you! I'm very glad you enjoy my playing, that is quite high praise coming from such a talented musician as yourself. I'm glad you had time to enjoy my work after a busy Sunday, I too had a very busy and full day. Glad you enjoyed!
Oh wow! Never did I notice that Rodgers Orgel could make such a nice sound like this(I mean sort of cavaille-coll styled diapason/prestant)... Would you mind if you could give me slight infos about your registration in this video? Ps.Awesome from South Korea!
This Rodgers is indeed a great instrument. This was so long ago I really can’t recall much about how I registered the piece, especially since this was an impromptu playing of the hymn on an organ that wasn’t my own. I’m glad you enjoyed it, and greetings from the US!
He gave this every single stop that was available. That rumble is just awesome!! Stellar performance indeed!!
i hope someday you will play for midnight Mass at St Patricks Cathedral
A hymn that is rarely heard. One of my favourites. "What with care and toil man buildeth, tower and temple fall to dust" sticks in my head
Excellent! Listened over and over
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed!
you make any organ sing just like the grandest pipe organ in the grandest cathedral
I like seeing that 4 manual Rodgers light up. That company really does make amazing instruments. Excellent playing!

Another stellar recording from America's Organist Jared Croal

@@jaredcroal804 Always looking forward to seeing your organ videos and may the lord bless you☆☆
Would it not be possible for you play Howells' exquisite harmonies as written?
Richard Lowe I wasn’t playing with any sheet music here. I may post it again reading the “exquisite harmonies” as you call them. Thank for watching!
@@jaredcroal804 That would be great!
Solid playing, nice! You might want to rethink the video title- I thought it was humorous, but some literalists will assume idolatry, hehe.
LOL...hilarious. And let's hope not, or organ playing is in serious trouble.
This is an excellent rendition Jared!!! Wonderfully voiced Rodgers also! what year is the organ? Very inspiring hymn playing!
Many thanks! I’m not exactly sure what year the organ is. I believe it is early 2000’s, but it is certainly not new. Thanks for watching!
