This series you do really inspired me to start doing a game a month and I really really am glad I did because I got the chance to check out a lot of games that I never really stuck with till the end. Thx 4 what u do and I’m excited to see what your goty is!!
This series is what inspired me to start keeping track of my games that I beat a few years ago! My list is odd this year but with a newborn I had to play easy to pick up games! -Stray -Spyro The Dragon -Faerie Solitare -Pikuniku -Luxor Evolved -Rouge Legacy -Torchlight 1 -STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl -You Must Build A Boat -Tiger Woods PGA 2005
I've tried finishing a game per month because of a way to large backlog. Instead in May I've started with rebuilding a part of my house. It didn't had a roof, windows, walls and much more. Almost done with the part and now it's the kitchen and heat isolated. I think I've completed 4 games this year.
Your video from last year got me to do this challenge this year. Ended up playing/replaying 16 games and gave them a rating. In order I played: 1. Golf Story - C+ 2. Kamiko - C+ 3. Donkey Kong 64 - B- 4. Banjo-Tooie - A- 5. Dead Island 2 - B+ 6. Portal: Still Alive - A+ 7. Dead Island: Definitive Edition - C 8. Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts - D- 9. Machinarium - C+ 10. Papo & Yo - C- 11. The Cave - B- 12. Resident Evil Director’s Cut: DualShock Ver. - A 13. Pokémon Sapphire Version - A- 14. Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty’s Revenge - B- 15. Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door - A+ 16. Yu-Gi-Oh! Nightmare Troubadour - C+
They really did Banjo-Kazooie dirty with Nuts & Bolts. No idea what the studios were thinking for that one when it was painfully obvious that it was originally Banjo Threeie.
Have family stuff today so going to be watching this on and off all day but I don't know how you're still doing this, I've tried to do it more but I just end up enjoying games last cuz I feel forced to versus actually wanting to complete 12 games a year instead of just playing 3 games and 1 roguelike continuously all year
Only got to 6 this year Stray Ys 8 and 9 Spider-Man 2 Jedi survivor Dead space remake Ac 2 most of my time was at the gym and sleeping so I didn’t have time 😅to beat more
Ever since i first since i listned that you beated Ring Fit Adventure several times, even bending your ring, made me wonder how did you managed to passed so much so fast, cuz i have it almost since launch day, and never made it full yet. After that clip i realized that i actually split my workouts between this, fitness boxing, youtube clips, real gym and now it makes more sense, yet i agree with your statement that frequent OK workouts better than rare good one. If anyone else read plz leave a comment if, you too thinks that this game helps exercise cuz all people around just thinks that i just outright dumb doing it
Started off strong, then fizzled out since it started feeling like a chore. Also because some friends pushed me down the Fortnite rabbit hole. January: Stranglehold (PC via GOG), Max Payne (PC via Steam) [First playthroughs for both, kinda got on a short bullet time shooter kick due to watching some John Woo movies with a buddy, including Hard Boiled, which Stranglehold is a sequel to] February: Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne (PC via Steam) [First playthrough] March: Metroid Prime Remastered (Switch), Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe (Switch, Main Mode + Magalor Epilogue) [Have beaten the original versions] April: The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog (PC via Steam), Pokemon Violet (Switch), Mega Man Battle Network (Switch via Legacy Collection Vol. 1) [First playthroughs for all] May: Mega Man X (Switch via Legacy Collection 1) [Beaten this a few times, easiest MMX game for me] June: The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (Switch, obviously) [Obviously first playthrough] July: Kirby's Dream Land (Game Boy via Goomba Color on an Everdrive GBA) August: Broforce (PC via Steam) September: None* October: Superliminal (PC via Steam) [First playthrough] November: None December: Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero (two part DLC expansion, finished Teal Mask in Scarlet and working my way through Indigo Disk, so I'm gonna count this since I will have it done before the end of the month) *Superliminal was started as a last ditch effort to beat something in September that failed because because I underestimated how long it'd take

I don't get how anyone can think Streets of Rage 4 looks bad, I think it has an incredible art style. Some hand drawn games can look bad but SoR4 isn't one of them imo.
@@MrMario2011 thank you a lot for your good wishes I finished my college that's why this past year was empty year for me I hope I will find a good job soon
I will try to do this same challenge in 2024 because nowadays it seems I'm in an eternal "beat 1 game per decade" challenge. Merry xmas!
That's exactly where I was headed if I didn't do this! Merry Christmas!

42:35 - It was 2002 for the original release, 2003 was the release for the Xbox version I believe for both this and Grand Theft Auto III.
That tracks!

A valid reason to put a pause on gaming, I hope the house rebuild has gone well!

Nice one man, all the best to you and your family merry Christmas 🎄
Thanks so much, same to you all!
Man, where did the year go! I remember your 2022 video like it was a month ago. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Right?! Seems like it just blinked by us, that's why it was so hard some months to finish 1 game!
GG. Awesome list of games you finished this year.
Thanks!
Merry Xmas from Italy!

It's been important to me and keeps me gaming! I've never liked to stay on a single game for too long.
@@MrMario2011maybe one year I'll get bored of The binding of Isaac and actually play other games

You went for quality over quantity, some great titles there! Gotta put your health first!
this looks like fun so I plan on doing this myself thank you for the fun idea.
You're welcome!

Ring Fit is the best exercise game, change my mind..

Thanks for sharing! That story based Sonic game that shadow dropped I really need to play but didn't get the chance to yet.
Yeah, it was fun little visual novel. I got through it in a couple hours so it'd be good for a month you need a short and easy game to get through.

Dude... No wonder your Switch broke! 😆You Played the ever living Crap out of it! 🤣
Best reason for it to break!
Hahaha
I’ve beaten 27 games this year.
I finished 112 games In 2023 it was year where I was jobless and no life :') three of the games were dead space franchise I even platinum them
I hope you get employment at an awesome place when the time is right. However that game count is IMPRESSIVE!!
