You need to remember that they will be mirroring also bad things, so every your shadow, every fear and every trauma. And if you're gonna send them energy of attachment they will be running from you. This one sounds like...whispering which makes the words difficult to make out. I have the volume turned way higher than it should be. Leaving the volume at max could very likely result in unwanted ear blast in the middle of the night when the next meditation starts. At any rate I thought I'd ask. This one sounds like...whispering which makes the words difficult to make out. I have the volume turned way higher than it should be. Leaving the volume at max could very likely result in unwanted ear blast in the middle of the night when the next meditation starts. At any rate I thought I'd ask.
