I once believed something like that, and made it happen. yes and no.. if it’s meant to be it will happen.. but he might not be capable of returning your love in the way you want. so you can pull them into your energy, but they might not want to stay there with you. so no matter how much you wanna be with someone, there is no guarantee it will end up the way you intended it to edit. so if you truly loves him unconditionally, you would want him to be happy, even it that means he chooses not to give his love to you, but someone else instead.
