The rule of thumb is 3 is enough 4 for best effect
Uh just wanna ask why you didn't use the grade 3 counter charge it's quite useful for kirara draw
Is it good to run street bouncer? You'd be sucking in the raizers anyway so street bouncer can be used as an alternative to cosmo Lord and helps with the hand size problem
Isn't Muscle Hercules a better option than gold rutile as heal?

Ever tried using Mr invincible? I used perfect to fill the soul with raizers and muscle grappler for cc. Once invincible hits after perfect dries their pgs, you can finish them up, provided you got boosters and some triggers. This move helped me finished games and their pgs away

Actually from fighting Raizers a lot the in Legend it seems the Perfect Guard activates when you are at 3 Damage even if you are being hit by a 2 crit attack and at 2 if the opponent attack has 3 criticals. I was at 2 in some games and with a PG in hand. It did not activate sicne the Riazer had a critical of 2 but if it went to 3 it did activate.
yeah i realised 3 and above damage will protect u from all crits of any value!

On the first day i opened 120 packs i've saved from the past and crafted 2 by myself.

gold rutile does absolutely nothing in the R and is ur worst V option while lion works in both places
