The first time I had this error I simply returned it and got a refund but when I got the same one twice when I bought my second, I was upset to say the least. I was going to return this one too but I found this video and the second option to my surprise worked so thanks a lot!

Preveously I was stuck with one mail account then the error for the second. I followed this video through, a new version of Mail & Calendar was downloaded and installed and I was able to add a couple of mail accounts without problems. Thanks so much!

I dont know what a word i must type when need to type at the last step before sign in,it shows somethin type a name in the box,i try many 2 word im clueless and it show this error cod result,i try resert mail n calender and when i sbout to update the apps the button update i clik just not responding,i clik many2 time that button update but nothing happen😢,now i still confuse,clueless and fail to add my existing google account at my windows pc tablet😢

hi! I tried doing the Run a Powershell command one, and now I don't have the Mail & Calendar app at all. It doesn't turn up when I search my PC, and I went to the apps in Settings to double check (and uninstall it if ever), but it isn't there. I then went to the Microsoft Store to re-download it to my pc, but it says I already have it installed. So now I can't even uninstall it since it's not in my apps list, nor can i re-download because the Store says I already have it installed hahahahah not sure what to do now. Thanks in advance!

THANK YOU! If you were trying to log into the mail app with gmail, just update the mail app and you should be good. If not, go to gmail settings, enable the pop and other stuff and try again
