Combe Martin is another very beautiful village town in Devon along the seaside and the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen and of course i like looking at the buildings with the different kinds of shops, cafes, pubs and churches, take care and thanks for your awesome tours and walks thank you.🇬🇧👋🇬🇧
Hello Neil I am loving the tour of the South West I love Paignton I am obsessed with the red cliffs and red sand with been autistic aspergers I love that sourt of thing I love Weymouth my favourite seaside town as well I have been loving the weather in Sheffield lol haha really good video as always keep up the good work take care peace and love xx
WOW, thanks for this video, we married in September 1972 and spent our honeymoon exploring the south west of England, my parents had done the same trip earlier in the summer and gave us a few places to stay they thought were good. One was the Schooner House hotel in St Germans, Cornwall and the other was Mrs. Gubb’s guest house in Combe Martin where we stayed a couple of days. This was higher up the road than you visited, the house is still there on Google maps as is the pub just down the road where we had a couple of great meals.
Hi Neil loved the Devon series ....never realised there were so many little coves and cute towns...this is great for those of us who live outside UK (OZ😊)..gives a much better overview of a County....sunset viewing was a nice change ...thank you for all you do 😊😊
Also had a Sun holiday a few years ago up the road. Had a lovely few days but only saw the main street in Combe. Going to Devon (Croyde) again in October so looking forward to see the places you've shown us on this video. Might avoid that path though looks slippery.
Stayed there exactly 8 years ago today. A sun holiday the holiday park “upgraded” us to a chalet. Which turned out to be a right wreck and didn’t even have a shower. I complained and was moved to a pet friend caravan but first it had to be cleaned. Spoiler alert it was filthy. I complained on Tripadvisor and was offered a free holiday the following year elsewhere. Anyway Combe Martin is lovely unfortunately everything seemed to be closed & we couldn’t even get a meal in the local pub(something to do with work in the kitchens) just unlucky I guess.
Great video. Combe Martin and Exmoor is a lovely area which used to be peaceful. The local community is shrinking while the number of BnB's increases. Not at all ideal for a sustainable community and a lot of local families have been made homeless.
Not quite a full tour. The Village is a few miles long, the seaside is only a small part of it. There is so much more history and architecture to be seen, let alone some of the views of the village from a bit higher up. A full tour of the seaside maybe.
Just found your videos. You show a particular, shot, time and again, at Combe Martin Beach, which you don't mention. It's walking the beach path, you look ahead, and see what is kniwn as "Camels Eye", It's there in front of you, yet you don't point it out! Perhaps you didn't know about it? Re-edit. It's worth noting
No wonder we all go Spain or Tenerife omg .....Empty closed down shops , nothing to do , crap beach that looks deadly to swim , and freezing cold water and no Sunshine , yep that's the crap UK lol ...

A lovely spot, beautifully filmed. But my word, the kids there on the day of your visit certainly know how to yell!
Yes they do! 🤣
Thankyou. I may be opening an art gallery here 🖌🏞🌊
Lovely! It’s a great place to do that
Lovely walk . I don't think I been there . Lovely place to visit.

It's really shocking isn't it - ruins communities
17:15 Did someone lose a 'fishwife'...?

Yes didn't know about that at all - thank you for the info!
You need business cards to hand out to people asking what you're doing
It would be evan more peaceful if that music shut up
Thanks for watching!
