Just getting into figure skating? I remember there was once I went to watch figure skating competitions LIVE. The skaters in the front group had mostly clean routines but no difficult jumps. The skaters in the later group had really difficult jumps combo and some fell, but still scored higher. I could hear some kids asked their mum "how's that possible?" Here's the thing, you would find a lot of counter-intuitive scoring mechanism in figure skating. So in this video, we wanna show the different reactions of fans who just started watching skating vs those who had watched for years, when the skaters fell or when they popped a jump, etc.. What's the difference? Let's find out :)
I think that there is a huge difference. When I watched Yuzuru's performance for the first time, I thought that he's skating was beautiful. Now, also thanks to your videos, I also know that it is exceptional and unique. Before: "I think he's great!" After: "I think he's the G.O.A.T!"

Вы знаете,я смотрю ФК с 90- ых,и больно осознавать ,что красота этого вида спорта превращается в подсчет очков,какой прыжок дороже...(Как Саше Тоусовой сказали прыгнешь 5 четверных чисто- выиграешь,а она прыгнула и не выграла.🥺) Вот Женя Медведева не прыгает четверные,но показывает целый фильм на льду. Я не против четверных,я за красоту этого вида спорта. Спасибо за Ханю,он невероятный сверхъестественный,чудо человек!!!🤗

I used to think that falling was going to get no points. But thanks to your previous videos I now know that still some points can be retained if it's fully rotated. Thank you for helping new fans such as myself to understand this sport.😊
So true! When I first started watching skating, little could I have known that a fully rotated quad with a fall can be a better prospect than a popped jump or a "clean" jump (i. e. a jump with some underrotation or other error that my inexperienced eyes didn't catch).
Yeah his jump really get people that feel. There's once I was in the skating rink and they happened to have Yuzu's Seimei on the TV at the waiting rom broadcasted. Those young kids who were probably at their first skating session were in awe. I could see some pointed to their mums and like "oh mum! Look! I didn't know u can do that on ice!" 😆😆
Don't know how I missed this... it's SO entertaining! And so true!!😊. But whenever I watch Yuzuru, I do so on the edge of my seat, holding my breath and feeling my heart pound!! I'm as exhausted after his program as he is!!!lol😂🇨🇦
I have to disagree with the last though 😂 First time i watched him live i was excited. And after a few months, I'm excited, but with a lot of fear, anxiety, indigestion, sick feeling, dizziness and praying for a clean skate😭

I watched his famous program over and over - SEIMEI, Chopin Ballade No1, Otonal, Origin, etc. Don't know what's his future plan - I have some suggestions for him - saw Alexei Yagudin gave comments after Beijing Olympic - he thinks Yuruzu's 4A plan is too ambitious.
