This was wonderful! Of course I can never get enough of Yuzu...he has such a WOW aura....no matter what he does it blows me away...but I also enjoyed all the other skaters as well. The shows really give a whole other way for artists to strut their stuff ! Wish there was more on Yuzu and Stephane Lambiel as they really are a cut above the rest.🇨🇦😊
I saw live two of Plushenko's " Kings on ice"shows, where he and a lot of Olympic and world champions had a lot of fun...for and with the public. Now I dream someday I'll have the chance to see Yuzuru and his guests in such a show...

I'd like to specify "real figure skating" here most likely refers to the disciplines you see at the Olympics. In the U.S. there are competitions for Showcase skating that has several subcategories within that. Other countries may have something similar. Unless the rules specify, usually they say no technical limitations. It's just hard practicing with props, especially during busy practice sessions.
4:57 Brasseur & Eisler perfected this move but their version was 10 times more dangerous than the one shown here because Lloyd would toss Isabelle from high to low often just inches from the ice and to this day I am in awe that she is still alive. Their version was used in The Cutting Edge movie as well. Unlike how it was depicted in the movie, there's no grey area, it's always been 100% illegal.
Thankfully, if you watch, when the girls near the ice, she puts her hands up so if she does get yeeted, she has that. Still not sure who was like,"let's swing someone's head against the ice and see what happens!"
11:30 I'm surprised that we've never seen group numbers become an official figure skating competition event as it has been in dance circles for decades. The idea of figure skating dance crews sounds too cool to not be attempted.
The fact the props were normal like ribbons, dolls, flowers, etc and the their was a broomstick is the middle ?! And ofcourse have and yuzu with the water🤣🤣

Nah! Pairs (called adagio skating in pro shows) has the best moves! Spinning lifts like the helicopter, split lift, one handed detroiter (my fave), headbanger, somersault over the guy's head...the list goes on and on tbh! Adagio skaters are fearless. I love the back somersaults. I've been on the ice with Surya doing hers, and it's absolutely incredible up close! 👏🏻 12/10!
This is my opinion for Adelina’s gala at 7:52 You should use her gala program, for example TEB 2013 than Sochi 2014 because her performance at Olympics 2014 was very bad

Either a champion or mediocrity , who are dragged to the podium by their " ears " , but grayness is grayness .These are the rules!!!! Yuzu has always a "WOW" factor that make you scream. He definitly knows how to interact with his audience. He is so cool at ice shows.
