There is a little plastic retainer that goes between the rocker arm and the bridge that pushes the valves down. One was missing from its normal location and found chewed up in the oil pan. I think it clogged some oil passages long enough to wash the bearing and then gracefully passed through to settle in the oil pan.
Rebuilt the engine and it ended up being a worn bearing on a connecting rod.
Christopher Blaker sucks that you had to rebuild, what causes that bearing to go out ?

ouch, mine is doing that, just dropped it off at the shop, hopefully a rebuild isn't too expensive.
Did the repairs myself, cost about $2000.
Christopher Blaker good to know for the rest of us thanks. I'll post up what's up with mine for anyone else who is interested.
Also test each full injector sometimes knocking can come form low oil even by 1 quart will create a knocking
mechanical fuel pump knock?
Change the oil but don't use full synthetic.
