You'll need to follow the instruction very carefully. Stop the video after each step and then restart when that step is completed. You are doing something incorrectly. Good luck!
Martin Manov You have to make sure that you are on the temperature or mph page !! Then it will work. I had a tough time too but I was on a different page. Make sure you do it step by step !!

That worked for my 2007 E550. I had to press the reset button about 8 or 9 times. But, it worked. Thank you!
On my 08 E350, nothing happened when I pushed the dash button 3 times with the temp showing. Only when showing 0mph, did it work.

It is automatically I thought. On mine e500 I don't need to switch anything to light the clocks on. They turn on by themselves just when it's dark

On mine , 2004 nothing is happening. Just resetting the miles below the temperature.

You likely won't get any answers here. Sorry to hear about your situation.
If you have preheating for coolant...just disconect the conector from it...its located between SBC Pump and front headlight.

You may want to check your speakers. Sound is fine.
Tried it on my 2007 E350 and it did not work.
No reason why it shouldn't work. You may be missing a step along the way.
