Ich wundere mich, ob der Obatzda auch mit Quark statt Frischkäse klappt? Quark und Frischkäse sind etwa ähnlich, oder?
Geht auch mit Quark, aber Frischkäse (ie. Philadelphia) hat viel mehr Fett -> mehr Geschmack. Ist also am Ende Geschmacksfrage 😌

On more thing. I worked one year in Detroit and my mother came to visit me. As I was starving for Bavarian food, she made me an Obazda. That was at that time one of the most delicious things I have eaten in my life. When she left, I enjoyed every day a tablespoon, until it got to strong...😅
