If there is corn starch, then it is not sugar free. starch is a complex sugar molecule that breaks down into regular sugar when digested.

@@TheUntamedOliveAndreaSteffes I did not try any sugar. I was just whiping, and it was not changing the texturr at all. I have all types of sugar , so it is not a problem, but I was planning of adding it later. Hiwever, I want to thank you for your kindness and taking time to reply. 😊
Of course! Thanks so much for watching:) From what I understand- the crystals in the sugar and the cream of tartar help stabilize the foam to make stiff peaks like you would get with egg whites. Might be why it’s not whipping? Not 100% sure though. I hope this helps! 💜

In Ottawa they're available at Natural Food Pantry. I use them often.
Recipe I made up but seems like the video. - Mix butter and qataifi dough (which is normally used in an Arab dessert called kunafeh) or shredded phyllo dough, if u don’t have the dough, u can use vermicelli noodles and fry it so it’s brown and crispy, - mix the fried qataifi dough or shredded phyllo dough or vermicelli with pistachio sauce or pistachio dip or paste, anything that’s green like that and tastes like pistachio - use a chocolate bar mould or a plastic chocolate bar shaped container and pour melted chocolate in the chocolate bar mould - u can set it in the fridge or freezer so the chocolate holds its shape well and isn’t messy but it’s ur choice if u have patience or not. - If u don’t have patience just put the pistachio dough mixture straight on the melted chocolate, it’s gonna be messy though. - cover the pistachio dough mixture with another layer of melted chocolate - let it set in the fridge, or in the freezer if u don’t have time. - it should crack like that and have similar taste and texture

What’s the sweetness level on that brand of pistachio cream ? Is it super sweet like condensed milk, or more like peanut butter or almond butter sweetness or is it something in the middle ?
Id say not as sweet as I expected. Which worked well with the chocolate. Made it so it wasn’t bonkers sweet. Maybe just a bit sweeter than a natural peanut butter.
