Hello Eunice!! I think it’s safe to say I’ve been a fan of you throughout my entire aerial journey, and you’ve been an inspiration in helping me so much with my low ceiling. Recently, however I haven’t been able to practice due to something AMAZING!! I got a 13ft outdoor rig, which gives me so much space, along with aerial silks! This is unbelievably exciting, and I think I owe all my progress to you! Thank you Eunice! I love ya!

Hi Eunice! Your video's are amazing, they are so down-to-earth and love your no-nonsens style! It inspires me to start training at home. Unfortunatly it is hard to find a place where I am allowed to put holes in the ceiling! In the mean time I will just start classes nearby!

Thank you for the video! I think my main concern is my ceiling not being sturdy enough to have my hoop attached and to hold my weight, did you have to do any reinforcing of your ceiling? I'm only 110lbs but I'd hate for my ceiling to be under stress and start cracking 🙃
Hey Eunice, I love your fabric (the dyed one which is pink/blue/violet). Could you let me know where you bought it? I never saw any like these. Thanks a lot :)
Hi, thank you so much for your share. I'm a beginner and looking to set an installation at home, yet I live in a very old building and I'm wondering if the ceiling would hold up. Is there anything I need to know/calculate before to ensure safety of not falling off? Thanks!

Hello Martina! I got that from Uniqlo (a few seasons ago), not sure if they will have them but you can always check online and offline. To make sure I install it safely, i never try or will want to do it myself! Definitely hire someone who knows exactly how to rig to do it for you! Super important!
I have an aerial rig point on my ceiling. If your question is about rigging maybe this post will help: aerialpractice.com/articles/aerial-products/rigaerialindoor/
Do you have to make sure there's a stud in the ceiling where you put it? How does it not break the ceiling? I am renting and I don't want to cause damage
It depends on which type of ceiling you have. When i moved out of my rental it was possible to take my expansion bolts out. We cut off the heads and sealed it with white filler. There is some info about rigging options on this page,, hope it helps you out. aerialpractice.com/articles/aerial-products/rigaerialindoor/
Thank you for the video :) What kind of construction did you put in your ceiling? Can you make another video showing how to attach the construction to the ceiling? :)
I am not a big fan of A frame too, thats why i spent more effort looking into installations. How safe it is is not where you put them, but more how you install it and how you use it after. I wouldn't hang it from the wall because I want to spin, but maybe in your case it works for you? Hope this helps!

Look for a top floor apartment in a 3 plus floor building I had 25-30 ft ceilings on the highest side and 10 ft on the lowest. luxury or high end Appartments with amenities like a gym and rec room are going to be your best bet. Believe it or not I paid $40 less a month because there was an outside entrance with no elevator and they counted it as an inconvenience to have to walk up and down the stairs.
@@aerialpractice I’m sorry! I live in the Pacific Northwest so we have a lot more room for2 and 3 floor buildings. In the high rises the top floor is usually considered nicer with a city view and bigger floor plans. So the rent can go from in budget 3rd floor to out of budget 12th floor.
Hello, my wife is also doing aerial and asks me to install the anchor bolt at home😅 is this your own house or rental house? i am afraid the owner doesn't like a hole on the ceiling..... or you have any solution to remove it?
My current home is my house but my previous one is a rental (with the same installations). As an owner now of course 99% of owners would not want you to mess up their ceilings (depends how nice it is) But it was my first requirement when it comes to rental so I purposely searched for rental that needs work. Offered my time and money to renovate the place for my aerial need + a reduced rental fee. You should definitely check with your landlord first
When i left my rental, we saw off the head of bolt and fill it with white fillings. My landlord was satisfied with this solution. But all of these is dangerous and really depends on the case whether this method works for your and your landlord needs. If you are unsure how it works, best to connect professionals for advices or invest in a portal rig to save you the headache. Places that I wasn’t sure if I could do it safely I just didn’t buy/rent.

You will need a structural engineer to help you on this. Safety first!
What do you think about the prusik hitch for adjusting length of hammock? Is there a reason you don’t use it?
Yes. It's because of the space limitation. I did start using knocks to shorten the long fabric but then the knocks are big and in the way.
Thanks for your reply. Aha, ok. Knocks? That's not a term I've come across? Do you mean the loops from the prusik hitches?
Is an aerial hammock like aerial silks?
In short, no. I share in detail here: ua-cam.com/video/ipy_uy8lJMc/v-deo.html

Yes thats what i do!
Have you heard of vevor or prior fitness? I’m looking for a budget starter set
Also my ceiling is very low at 2.36m will it still be possible for me?
I’m looking at approx 9yard silks as live near the forest and want it to be portable for outside practise. I’m hoping to teach myself at home
Apologies for so many questions!
I’m thinking to get a 9-12 metre set then I can maybe also use them outside if I can find a friendly and supportive tree I’m allowed to use!?
Would this also be able to be used for yoga hammock? I’d like to try both.
i have a hamack and my house high is 11.5 mitters and its very high.
woahhh! That's so amazing. Love to see it. where do you live?

Not at all. That's why it's important to get it properly inspected and installed, with the right equipment.
