Nice straight forward routine. Some of these i do myself (chicken scoops and lateral leg raises) but others are new to me. I assume this is combined with a couple of drills to promote good form. Any chance you could give some insight into the drills you find most useful? Thanks for the tips my man 👌
@@TheRegularRunner thank you mate!! Good stuff, I love the leg raises, really helps me to get those hips ready for running. Best drills are the A skips and B Skips! Simple but so effective. I don’t think there are many better 🫱🏻🫲🏼🙌🏻 Hope the training is going well?
It's going well thanks mate. Still targetting sub 25 for the 5k. Managed to sneak a 1 mile time trial in this week and ran under 7 mins for the first time so definitely making progress 🔥
Max, i forgot to ask in my original post, lets say i have a 2 mile pb attempt time trial, say im going all out with with it, how long should i run slow and warm up for that, so that im best prepared?? Thanks
Do i do this warmup no matter if i have a 3k time trial or a 10k time trail, or do i warmup longer the shorter (faster) the race / time trial is?? Thanks

@@na-dk9vm I would still run slow for 15 mins. Get those muscles warm and activated ready to give it everything! Always do your strides too

@@na-dk9vm I would do this for every run- easy or race! Do a little bit of running afterwards followed by strides!
