This "orbital cannon laser" is just the eagle artillery from COC (clash of clans) you can even hear the sound when it's fired it's the same.

Blitz thought me a new word "cascade failure" just means structure goes down like dominos when one side is too heavy and tips the whole thing, I think that's what it means...just google it to make sure lol
