Awesome. Just realized after you save it as a template you can go to the outlook on taskbar and look for recent and then pin the template. I would of never figured this out without this video, thanks a bunch.
Perfectly explained, avoiding unnecessary details. It was exactly what I was looking for. Many thanks!
This is ingenious!
This will greatly help me; especially since they keep removing features from templates with newer versions.
Man, you are my savior! You cant imagine the time this will save me!
I wish all people uploading videos would give straight forward content! Brilliant...thank you.

The joys of UA-cam and fantastic tutorials. Very useful :)
Neil terrific tutorial. You are methodical, easy to follow, and I had no problems following along. Thanks again!
Brilliant. I’ve used this many times now. A timesaver & you’ll never lose the original text.
Fantastic. I'm going back to the start and watching step-by-step. Thanks for your no-nonsense brevity and clarity!
OK...now that I'm muddling through, I'm using a Mac, and my 16.59 version of Outlook actually has a "save as template" item on the menu. I don't get a URL the way you do. Do you have a Mac version and/or a more recent update on this tutorial?
Neil, this was easy to follow and so straightforward! Thank you!
This made it so easy! Thank you! I was trying all sorts of things before this. Outstanding work, sir!
This is of so much help!! Many times I stopped using the templates for this exact reason, to many steps to get to them. Easier to copy paste. Now this will definitely save up lots of time. Thanks for sharing and the great explanation!!

Excellent TIP! I figured out that you can also save the template to a folder on your desktop which lets you just double click on the template and immediately open the template email.

FANTASTIC - Thank you so much. Subject lines are so important, but so frequently abused with no, not enough or unrelated info. Subject lines are critical for the receiver to have immediate context and reason to open, not to mention being able to quickly scan.
THANK YOU! This was exactly what I was after!
Nice! Very well explained. Thank you

Thank you, this is great
Wonderful thank you!
That's very useful!
Odd that MS made it difficult to access templates. It's so much easier in Thunderbird, but I abandoned T-Bird for many reasons and find Outlook much more useful. These days, with Win10 at least, when you right-click on the taskbar icon for Outlook it shows whatever templates you ever used so you don't have to move them there. Thanks for the tip!!
AWESOME!!!
You're the best.
you saved my day
Thank you!
Many thanks 🙏 brother
Thank You!
Great turorial
Thanks very much!
Thanks for making this so easy to understand. I wonder if creating a Quick Parts might be easier for my issue....
Genius!
Choose Form is in Developer tab. Just add the Developer ribbon to save you a few steps.
Thank you so much! This was so easy to follow and understand. I've been dreading creating these for my job because every other youtube video was to fast and confusing. Do you know if there is a way to group a bunch of templates together and send them to other colleagues to use? I have to create a handful or more for my department and wasn't sure if this is something I have to go to each computer and do or not. Again thank you for your amazing tutorial.
Thank you 😭
That was a really good explanation.Could you also tell me how can I see those template in my shared mailbox folders so that all my team can view and use it?
