I have been doing these macros for years by trial and error using Private Sub Make Item() but the msg.Display code works every time.

In outlook 2007 you could create a menu dropdown and have a list of templates/macroes under each button?
IS there anyway to do that in 2019 please?

Thank you very much for this video. Is there any way to add some code that will change the From address? I have two email accounts in Outlook, my primary and my specialty group email. I have a template email that I send often, but the issue is that it always defaults to the primary email. I would like it to change to the specialty email when I run the macro.

Thank you, this helped. Question though when I set my macro up for the template it sets it up to plain text email how to change this.
When creating a template make sure you select rich text or HTML and then save it. Try this should work
