Loved the video, and thanks for the shout out!!! So yeah I freaking LOVE my sidebike shoes, still wear the same pair on every ride. I used to swear by fizik, but I wouldn't buy anything else now. Over 2 years in, the Atop laces are still flawless, and the shoes, although a little scuffed from a recent spill, are badically perfect. Anyway great work, deffo time for a Chinese carbon bike build next 😎
Purchased Sidebike Cycling Shoes 3M Reflectiv Carbon Road Bike Shoes a year ago. In a short time the sides starting peeling. Seller says this is normal because that model cannot deal with any rubbing. A few months later of non use, the heels started to come off. Experience has taught me you are better off, when it comes to shoes, buying a brand name, mature model. Buying the older models tend to cost near the same as the Ali express options
Well that was delightful to watch. You can't go wrong with eye-bending gold shoes that fit and work great. I'd just be nervous about purchasing the wrong size and being stuck with a pair of shoes I couldn't wear and $100 poorer.
Wouldn't ever risk buying shoes from the far east. Did buy recently and after trying the big shoe brands, Sidi, Mavic, Specialized, Lake etc - being ready to part with up to a max if £300 of my hard earned, but happened across a very interesting youtube comparison video. Off I went to Halfords and to my amazement, found the best and most comfortable cycling shoes that have ever been on my feet - I laughed heartily, as i passed over just £85 for a pair of Boardman carbon road shoes and still smile every time i put them on my feet 😆
Ive been riding aliexpress carbon shoes for 2 years now. They are comfy, lightweight. No problems at all around 600-800 hours/year. Longest ride was 15 hours. I dont know what would have been benefit to go with more expensive shoes... 🙄
i'm curious how you found the actual sizing of these? I've measured my feet at 26cm (so that should put me in a 42 or 43) I don't have a wide foot but it's not skinny either. I"m hesitant to order as i can't seem to contact the shop owners on these for whatever reason. So id like to know your opinion? For what it's worth i wear a US size 8.5 shoe or euro 42 generally.
Well, to order shoes from abroad without trying this brand before is always a big risk not to have a luck with the size. Anyway, I think, shoes is not something I would try to save money on.
@@lbgstzockt8493 I couldn't disagree with you more. You can find tons of much better options priced at a similar price point, even cheaper in end of season sells. I have had the same Road shoes for 8 years now. They cost £70 UK in a sell reduced to half price. They are still going strong after over 500km.
@@lbgstzockt8493 Buy summer shoes in the winter months. Shops need to move stock to make way for new. Lets be honest, cycling shoes last forever. I am on the same pair i bought 8 years ago. They were in the sale at 75 UK pounds. That works at so far at less than £10 per year. There a decent brand as well (Garneau), not some Chinese knock off Rubbish, which those shoes are!

Hilarious delivery format, but doesn't detract from the facts of the product, a perfect combination .
I don't know if it would be improper to ask him to have his SO join him on the vids to confirm some of the claims?....🤔

I have much less hours on them but they still feel fresh about 250hrs in
i have 3 road cycling shoes and all from Aliexpress and all about $40 or less with zero issues, i'm thinking about buying this one. Great video
enjoyable, a review that is informatice and presented in a funny and unusual way
So my take-away from all this is that you have your shoes on for love-making ( at dial 11). Interesting approach. 😅
Bold and dubious 😂
As a fellow owner of some Specialized road shoes, how does the sizing compare? I.e. is a size 10 with Specialized a size 10 with Sidebike as well?
Terrific review! And: eruditer than all get out. The land of Shakespeare continues to rule the empire.
Comedy genius 😂
The intro sentence made me subscribe 😂
Boardman Carbon Shoe. Same Spec. Cheaper and from UK. Thankfully also not bright Gold! Lol
Tbh my 250$ sidi I purchased from a bike shop feel cheaper than the 84$ carbon ali shoes I got in june 😅
Is size similar to EU size?

A load of cobblers
Buy cheap, buy twice!
do your reasearch, buy cheap and save a ton of cash ;-)
Sure, but the cheap ones are still cheaper after buying them twice. I and many other cannot afford 200€+ for shoes, so these are a great option.

OMFG your jokes are so bad and cringe worthy
