$28 CYCLING SHOES FROM CHINA! SPEED CYCLING SHOE REVIEW 便宜的自行車鞋：是好是壞？

Is it possible that cheap cycling shoes - and REALLY cheap, $28 US - can be any good? Here I take a look at a pair of very shiny SPEED cycling shoes I bought on Facebook here in Taiwan and take them out to test and review.
I also highlight what a cyclist should consider when buying cycling shoes: stiffness, comfort and price. I compare them to my top of the line Lake shoes too.
