@@rahulkalita5527 Yeah, this is the way. I disabled emotes in the options a long time ago and it just makes things a wee bit more bearable. Whether or not they can still see my emotes I don't know, but I rarely use them anyway.
Hell yes! Mono green with Luca on my lunch break!? You're absolutely the best man, I appreciate you so much! For your decks, gameplay insight, and all-around good vibes. You're awesome! I hope you're doing well and keep up the amazing work!!
It's fascinating. Next to all people dismiss monocoloured aggro decks because thay are supposed to be easy plays as in "don't think, play, smash and go". Now Legend just shows us that it is not that simple and that if we don't get some thinking in our gameplay, especially mulliganning, well... we are not in good shape. So thanks for the brilliant lessons we learn while enjoying the delightful experience of watching the videos! 😉 {awaiting eagerly for the next one}
Could’ve gone for lethal a turn sooner. Activate Foundry and play Contaminator gets around possible interaction like Tail Swipe from being a blowout, however unlikely.
I played Magic and stopped 20 years ago. Last tournament I blasted the morning going 3-0, just to be crushed by Tolarian just born decks in the afternoon... Still Stompy in my soul. Love to see you playing it. And man I ultra-love Spinoderm LVD Best!
sweet! i recently put together a similar deck, but i totally didn't realize that the Bank Buster counts as a modified creature due to its charge counters for the purpose of Kodama ramp. Awesome inclusion!
A great video idea for you would be a compilation of all the times opponents hit you with the "your go" or "oops" or premature "good game" and then lose. Anyways thanks for the great content as usual and the deck looks sweet.
I've been messing around with mono green for a bit now because I love the new Nissa Planeswalker. I've been trying to make the best version that mono green can be. That being said it's tier 2 at best but I love it
@@LegenVD 3 lands, a 1 drop and a 3 drop seems far from clunky. Obv it was not a premium hand, but firmly in safe territory, considering deck type and all. Sure its ok to disagree, happens hehe.
I was playing a similar deck, albeit in Bo3 which is a bit more difficult considering the opp will likely have better ways to adapt. Definitely stronger than before, the 3 new creatures that are 4-of are great. It kinda bothers me that Bankbuster doesn't work to grow any of our creatures, so I maindeck the 0/3 that ramps and also checks graveyards. The interaction between the vehicle and Kodama is absolutely nuts though.
I’ve found the Evolved Spinoderms a bit too slow and hard to activate the trample with Kodama or otherwise, so swapped them for Ulvenwald Oddities. What do you think?
I tried something very similar... and first game against Jodah, which goes way more over the top and it's basically impossible to win without loads of removal... I hate the match maker... :(
He is running 4x 5 drops with none of the ramp 2-drops. If you run 4 copies of Thrun you can get screwed because you can't play a Thrun if you have one already on the battlefield, as he is a legendary creature. Pretty sure you can play with 2 defilers and 2 thruns instead. The silverback elder is also a playable 5 drop.
@@Ashen_Hollow Because WOTC decided so, they keep rotating the color that gets the spotlight and the color that gets the short end of the stick. Now cards in other colors provide so much value that green cant compete, thats why you end up with builds like this, with a bunch of creatures that "die to removal" and not much else.
Opponents going from "your go" into conceding is just really satisfying.
Yesss
Not 4 me
My opponents are always muted

Seeing LVD pilot Big Green Stompy warms my heart and provides a lot of lime tinged value.
i appreciate your mulligan thought processes man
i love how you talk out any of your plays, even the painfully obvious ones. it makes for fantastic commentary

really like your videos, love how you explain the deck at the beginning and keep explaining your plays throughout
Glad you like them!
I'm always impressed at how accurate LVD can call out the opponents plays. At this point he might as well play for the opponent also
I subbed to you the first video I saw you had time stamps for everything. Awesome UA-camr, keep doing this good stuff and I’ll always be watching.

Wouldn't activating Mishra's Foundry be lethal in Match 3?

I haven't opened any copies of the Sword yet, so I'm going to run this deck with 2 Augur of Autumn for some good value :)
Solid replacement!
new to mtg and your vids are great ty
99% of the time I agree with your choices, but mulligan hand in game 3 was a mistake imo
It's a close call but you really need to curve out to keep up the momentum. That one felt a little too clunky.

Lol. Get a game with two swords, against the other 3 colors. Gotta love that.
Mono green for the win 💚

Also - what is your opinion on Cankerbloom for Mono G Aggro?
It’s too bad their aren’t too many good modify payoffs because red green modify has so many good enablers that get counters now
Would a one off Nyssa be a good add here ?
Wouldn't be bad, but doubt it's better than Thrun or Defiler under most circumstances.
With the amount of upside Thrun has, what’s keeping it from being more than a one-of in this deck?
Is it simply that the right deck can chump block all day?

This deck feels more like a ramp
In game 4, if you didn't block Myrel, Shield of Argive and attacked all out next turn you would win with trample damage.
So it seems!
I like playing against those hyperspeed red players who scoop too early at FNM.
This deck is insanely expensive to craft
Thrun is clearly a turtle why are they not also a turtle
Great to see. Green is love!
