    I did the egg and potatoes dish and had questioned the 25 minutes stated in the recipe vs 45 minutes in the video. The 45 is the correct answer as I did 25 first and then had to add 20 minutes so the eggs were cooked. Fabulous recipe though - delicious. Thank you very much.

And then it just goos up my sponge when cleaning it up and I have to rinse and rinse and rinse it out of the sponge. I can't wait. I ordered 3 of them - Red, Whit and Blue.

My kids do the same now, too, because I do, also LOL! You are ALL ADORABLE and it's SUCH a pleasure to watch the videos, which I suggest to anyone who has an instant pot. I just have to tell you that before I found you and your six sisters I didn't ever cook! I hated it! I couldn't ever follow a recipe correctly and something always got screwed up! I got an instant pot, but the few times I tried using it I messed up and my food didn't cook correctly or completely. So, I gave up on that pretty fast too. THEN... I found you on UA-cam and you were so easy to follow! The first thing I made was your cheesy chicken and rice and it turned out perfect!!! Once I got confident with several of your instant pot recipes I started looking up recipes on your Six Sisters website! I have now made several of those successfully! Thanks to you, cooking has become a whole new experience for me! I actually enjoy it very much now!! I have made dozens of your recipes and they ALL turn out amazing! (Except steaming veggies... those still come out as mush! Lol!) Since I found you I have tried following a few other people on UA-cam and nobody is as easy to follow as you! I can't thank you enough for posting so many amazing recipes online! I have Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo cooking as I write this and I can't wait to try it!! Keep doing what you are doing! You and your sisters are so awesome!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

      I agree. When I make an IP omelet/bake in the morning, I just use the 5/5/5 method. This has inspired me to add a few chopped potatoes or frozen hash browns next go round. I like the bread pudding idea as well, but I will probably let it soak longer to let all the mixture get soaked up and cut the time in half.

    The first one was my favorite, and I thought, just put it on a plate of crispy hash browns, hand me a bottle of ketchup, maybe a jar of chow chow and a fork, and when I wake up from my nap, I'll get busy on those dishes!

    I was always taught we crack it on a straight surface like the counter. Save space in your cabinets.

    What you call French Toast Casserole....my mother made & I have made for 55 yrs....we call it bread pudding & I love it. Last time I made it I used my instant pot. I prefer it with milk on it.

    When you click on the recipe it states cook time is 25 minutes. Big difference between 25 and 45. Which is it? Just wondering because the recipe looks really good and I would like to make it. Thanks.

    • @courtneydoell614
      @courtneydoell614 3 роки тому +1

      45 min for the egg and potatoes, 25 min for the french toast casserole. Hope that helps!

    • @sharongardner3826
      @sharongardner3826 3 роки тому

      Courtney Doell Thank you. It’s confusing because in the recipe for the egg and potato casserole on camera she uses 5 eggs and states 45 minutes but in the recipe link, the recipe states 10 eggs and 25 minutes.

    • @SixSistersStuff
      @SixSistersStuff  3 роки тому +2

      We added more to the cook time to ensure the eggs are cooked through.
