What a lovely starter box set. I never thought we would see this many beautiful new miniatures for Middle Earth. This would be my first time buying into the range and I’m very tempted now.
So there's two upcoming PDFs that were announced Legends of Middle Earth for everything getting scrapped And a Rise of Angmar expansion to update it for the new edition. That second one is almost definitely what the Burdhur and Hill Troll entries are talking about. They also announced there will eventually be a third Army Book called Armies of Middle Earth for everything not in any movies

I'd recommend giving the game a go. It's my favourite GW game and asuperb set of rules

Will definitely be getting the starter set and Helm. The Armies books might hold off until I’ve played through the starter box scenarios.
