The 392’s come with a hardtop. We ordered the soft top with the Jeep. We’ve got a powered hoist in our garage that makes getting the hardtop on and off much easier, and it stores it up in the air so it’s not taking up space.
enjoyed this video especially the tutorial part with the Jeep Toy. Just got my first Jeep-- A 392 stock with 33' K02 / no Xtreme recon. So, did you just replaced the stock tires with 35" tires on stock rims or yours has the XR package? I am trying to figure out what else I need to do if I want to put 35" tires on my Jeep. I hear everything from just putting the 35 on stock rims and doing nothing else to having to changing rims, spare hinge, wheel spacers and even changing the gearing on the car! Thanks for your feedback.
Thanks! The kids love their RC crawlers. This is a 2021 392 and XR wasn’t an option when we ordered it. We put 35” KO2’s on it and it did great. That’s how it’s setup in this video. Eventually we wanted to go bigger though. Now this one has a 3.5” Metalcloak Game Changer lift on it with 38” Nitto Ridge Grapplers and has been regeared to 4.88’s.
How do you find the loudness of the 392 when trail riding? The idea of all that power on tap and it's musical accompaniment while on the highway or dirt roads or the sand is intoxicating. However on the trail I'd rather be quite than louder, especially in the driver's seat. Curious to hear your thoughts.
Great question, especially since in almost all of our videos on here the valves are always open because I love the sound. The 392 comes with a button on dash that lets you open and close valves in the exhaust. We always have ours in performance exhaust mode (loud) but you can close the valves and the exhaust goes completely quiet. It’s awesome. Best of both worlds!
Bull park is awesome. I love the rock gallery at the end
Glad to see a 392 getting some trail time!
love it with the soft top makes it far more fun and easy to take the top down mine had the hard top and it was always a pain in the butt to get off.

Your RSE still look nice and new. Scratched the heck out of mine first trail ride up on Caribou Trail outside Nederland.
Ha, we have a lot of scratches on ours too. They are mostly on the bottom part that is behind where the step comes down.
Nice, now do one going up Mt. Holy Cross by Minturn or Metberry outside of Woodland Park
There are videos on this channel of us doing Holy Cross and Hackett Gulch. Metberry is fun, but I prefer Hackett.

@@Colorado392family got it. Thank you.
Trx4 ❤️❤️❤️
The kids love it and are doing so good with learning to crawl with it!

Where’s the latest content??!
Nice! Are you going to keep the 35s for a while or are you thinking of going bigger
We are going to be upgrading this winter to the Metal Cloak 3.5” Game Changer lift, 38” nitto ridge grapplers, and some aluminum skids.
@@Colorado392family can’t wait to see it! I’m leaning towards metacloak too.
What axle ratio does it have?
Comes from the factory with 3.73. We will be swapping them out for larger this winter when we upgrade to 38’s and put the lift on.
@@Colorado392family Same as my RAM, I do agree with going higher. You should make more videos of your journey.✌
