As someone who bought a house built in 1979 in 1982 which I still live in, I would have found this decor including all that brick and flooring unappealing. Very cool video. Thank you.
WOW, talk about DATED!!!! For some reason, I really LOVE the Entryway!!!! I would have painted the Brick though. The Tile throughout is really UGGGGLLLLY!!!! Thanks Urbex, you're a PEACH!!!!
1:59 I seen this house in other video's from other explores and I keep saying that this might be the dining room because the light is low and the table would be under it. What do you guys think? I don't like the tile on the kitchen wall. 10:00 I think the basement was an apartment, the door at the bottom of the stairs had a mail slot, saw it in a previous video.
Thanks for the great explore! Personally if this was my house I would be gutting the place from top to bottom getting rid of that dated look, especially those brick arches that look completely hideous in such a small area! The rest of it is just plain past it! There are good 1970’s fit outs around but this is definitely not one of them! But like the tour, keep up your great work Owen!
Good tour; the house may be 1960ish, judging by the tile/pink tub in the upstairs bath. One way to date a place, provided the fixtures are original, is to check the underside of a toilet tank lid; the date of manufacture is stamped in the porcelain. The decor suggests remodeling in the late-1970s-early-1980s...
Cool but odd entryway to this house! Awesome video as always! 👍👍🤘❤️
I love this house. So much character. Great channel... so happy I found.🌟🌟✨✨☘☘

My brother in laws mother had more than one prep area like that house for canning her tomatoes to make her big Italian Dinners.
So beautiful house.

Clearly this house had absolutely no updating. The worst of the 1970's is on display here. Thank you for the tour.
The bricks is so tacky 😅
Very nice house
Shame such a wonderful dream home had to go to such waste
