I agree with most others in the comment section. This house is being either lived in or kept up with. Also there are white sheets of paper on pieces of the furniture like they do at estate sales and stuff to mark what is or isn't for sale.

I live in a 800 sq ft house and I mostly only use my computer room ... I would not even know what to do with a house that size. Some one should move in and pretend they own it and just start living there ... fix the roof.

Feral cats take refuge in houses and outbuildings in winter, and then die there. I've found them in that state, several times. Its very sad.
