Hello, Just gone through your videos, Thank you so much. It was s informatiive. I have a question, I have 1.8 years of post qualification experience and a B,com degree. I know I am not eligible for exemption ( Pratical experience ) . Do I need to work somehwere to qualify for CFE ? and Am I eligible to take advantage of ICAI and CPA MOA ? what exactly do i need to do ?
Yes, you should be working to complete the remaining 2 months of experience. While working simultaneously, you can start your student registration with CPA Canada since they take a few weeks to get back to you. Until that time, you would have completed the remaining 2 months as well (This was advised to one of our students by CPA Canada itself).
Hi, my doubt is that whether i can give CFE first and then complete 2Year job in india /canada and then get the CPA membership or i need to first have 2 year job experience in india then only i ll be eligible for appearing the exam
The latter is right - you will be eligible to get the benefit of MOU (i.e. appear for CFE directly) only after you have 2 years of post qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Hi can u guide about scope of US CPA considering US CPA and canada CPA also have MOU?
If you have the choice, you should go for US CPA as that is also accepted in the industry here in Canada and will also be helpful if you still want to transfer it to CPA Canada (through the MOU).
@@RavGunStories Can US CPA get easily transferred over to Canadian CPA via MOU? Does one need to write any further exams for that?
@@ANKITAMITTAL1705 No further exams are required as far as we know. It is easily convertible to CPA Canada.
From CPA , Canada to transfer to US CPA ? Are there any exams ?
I qualified indian CA in 2019 and i have 4 years of post qualification experience in india. Now can i write CFE from india while working ?
You have to come to Canada to write the exam, so you can't give it from India.
hi my ca final group 2 is cleared and i moved to canada. my group 1 ca final pending. How many exemptions i will get in cpa canada?
Hii, can you please guide how you moved to Canada ??? I am also in the same place

I hv just appeared for India CA Final exam in May 2024
I want to know that do I need to do any kind of articleship in CANADA???
Hello, you need 2 years of post qualification experience to satisfy the internship requirements for CPA Canada and be eligible to take benefit of the MOU that ICAI has with CPA Canada. Good Luck for your results :)
@@RavGunStories can I show job experience achieved while giving attempts of INDIAN CA Final bcoz May 24 is not my first attempt?????
@@riddhiamin6519 Hi Riddhi, I don't think so because they specifically require you to have 2 years of post qualification experience (2 years after you qualified CA).
Hi , currently i am in ca final , i hope i will clear this in December 2024 attempt, i wanted to know can i apply directly for cpa after completing my ca final ?? Like without work experience??
Hi Mayank, you need 2 years of post qualification experience to satisfy the internship requirements for CPA Canada and be eligible to take benefit of the MOU that ICAI has with CPA Canada. Good Luck for your exams :)
@@RavGunStories so that means I will have to do my articleship again there in canada???
@@MayankKumar-fc6vo If you come directly after clearing your CA with no post qualification experience, you will have to gain the practical experience here.
@@RavGunStoriesMay I know if i am a freshly qualified CA, how will I get a job there to complete 2 years of post experience
@@miiikasa388 That completely depends on you - if you have any contacts in CPA firms or any references that can get you interviews. It will be challenging is what I can tell you for sure if you don't have any prior experience but it's not impossible.
