Yes you can apply basis CFE, but CFE is an additional certification course so solely basis of CFE you won't much pay at entry level

I work as a banking fraud prevention analyst handling payments fraud, swift, credit card fraud, wire transfers, digital payments fraud, and application fraud with JP Morgan and now with Citi.. But I'm not a CA.... Is CFE course going to be any beneficial for me?

But still what will the basic salary package of a fresher cfe in India?
Initially it will be on a lower side if one is solely CFE but later on as one gains experience you can see any jump in numbers. As forensics is all logic and common sense no specific skill set is required

Ask your university if they can mail you some provisional certificate, so that you can upload that certificate. Else you can upload each year marksheets of b.com as substitute to certificate, many a times acfe accepts the same

1. Is 3 years of CA Articleship experience counted as work ex for CFE.
2. As suggested, the fraud examiner's volume has only theory. From where can we do the questions? Any other (non ACFE) publication?

Yes, your articleship experience of audit will be considered as work ex.
Getting questions is a challenge because manual doesnt have questions, there are few mock papers available in google you can search that.

I'm a south Indian (Tamil nadu).
I had hindi till class 5 where I learnt only the basics. So I couldn't understand.
